The water candle is actually a wick that is centered inside a glass filled with water. The wick is fueled by a thin layer of oil on top of the water. This is a fun and simple craft to do with gifts. An absolutely easy and beautiful way to make candles.

A floating candle is a candle that when placed in water displaces more water by weight than the weight of the candle. So when it's placed in water it floats!

Water candles look impressive and are surprisingly easy to make. The combination of water with a few decorations creates a pretty, shimmering light. The trick behind these candles is creating a floating wick out of thin plastic and adding one secret ingredient to the water.

My name is Riley Stewart, I own eight businesses, we make multiple, seven figures. And I’m only 24. What I get asked all the time is, how do I start my business, I have these great ideas, I want to deliver value to the marketplace.

But I don’t know what I’m doing. And I started here, as well, many years ago, four years ago, didn’t really know what I was doing. I had no idea but I knew I needed experience. And I knew I needed to get great at sales and marketing to deliver that experience.

So there is no shortage of people out there that are willing to serve clients and customers, the issue is getting those clients and customers to that business. And this is the disconnect, as it’s the lack of flow of deals coming through with most businesses. If you had a candle business and you had 50 people walking up each day, you would have no trouble getting that business going. The issue is that you don’t have 50 people rocking up each day.

To start a business, you need to start to learn sales and marketing. And what I say to everyone is just figure out how to make $100 a day, you $100 a month sorry, you don’t need to figure out how to make $10,000 a month, you don’t need to figure out how to make a million dollars a month, just figure out how to make $100 a month.

And then once you figure out how to make $100 a month and you actually get your first month passing $100 whatever that deal is, whatever that business is that you’re starting, you just need to start it doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s never going to be perfect, you know, work on this over years.

I started selling solar panels. Now I sell gym memberships, right? I have a multi seven feed company that sells gym memberships, and I own five gyms. And we have software for gyms. So I started selling solo pedals door knocking, right do you think I had any idea I would end up he four years ago when I started that?
