Well, I'm sharing an edited version of @frankensonnet's Old Town.

First of all, I would like to state that this is Frankensonnet's work, that I have only edited it using CAW, that I have no intention of infringing on Frankensonnet's rights, and that Old Town belongs to Frankensonnet. And I would like to express my deep gratitude.

日本の家屋を建築するには非常に多くのCCが必要になりますので過去に私が作成したLotsは外しました。なので、NoCC、建築の難しい物のみ配置してます。 町役場等の公共の区画はありません。なので、ビルダー向けだと思います。

Since a lot of CC is required to build a Japanese house, I removed the Lots I created in the past. Therefore, I only place NoCC and difficult-to-build buildings. There are no public lots for town halls etc. So I think it's geared towards builders.

ビーチはCCを取り除いた状態で配置しました。お好みで装飾して下さい。

The beach has been placed without CC. Please decorate it as you like.

今回、道路のテクスチャー、全ての樹木の植え替え、新たな土地と区画の追加及び区画のリサイズ、日本風の住所へ変更しました。

桜を多く植えました。「ソメイヨシノ」という品種になるように置きかえModを使用しています。「ソメイヨシノ」は日本の桜です。

This time, I changed the road texture, replanted all the trees, added new land and plots, resized the plots, and changed the addresses to a Japanese style.

I planted a lot of cherry trees. I used a replacement mod to make them the "Somei-Yoshino" variety. "Somei-Yoshino" is a Japanese cherry tree.

Sakura replacement mod by @honobonoticさん(@rain-coat-aaame-info) I really recommend this

★64×64の区画はありません。最大で60×60です。 ★There are no 64x64 plots. The maximum is 60x60.

★日本の車両は左側通行なので、信号や標識はそれに基づいています。(間違って設置したのではないですよｗ) ★Vehicles in Japan drive on the left side of the road, so traffic lights and signs are based on that. (They weren't installed by mistake lol)

★重くなるので電線と郵便ポストは設置していません。 ★Electric wires and post boxes were not installed because they would be too heavy.

★全ての建物を配置したセーブファイルはありますが、使用しているCCがあまりにも多く、且つ全てを追跡できないため申し訳ありませんが配布はできません。

★I have a save file with all the buildings placed, but unfortunately I cannot distribute it because there are so many CCs used and I cannot keep track of them all.

Besides the world, I use many CCs in the game. I am very grateful because many Japanese creators have retired or left them alone.

HAPPY SUMMER TO EVERYONE :)

Just a post to wish you all a super Summer :) We will be a bit away but as we already said in another post, we are currently working on many updates, and at first, Lost Cove and Oaksoak Hollow which will be upgraded to 2024 versions. And as my favorite Sims swimming in the middle of the river of Champignac :D we are going to try having fun this Summer too !

Built on patch 1.67 - Originally in Riverview where the Bookstore used to be, so best placed there (Size:20x25) - Lot label = Salon

3 buildings, 4 'shops' - Items include a stylist Station, drafting table, General Store register, RH rug for the Business and Journalism Careers, a couple of disguised arcade games, a few TVs (mostly hidden ones) and plenty of coffee machines.

Polycount HLOD 3.2k Credits go to Rumoruka-Raizon, they are long retired but I found the Original in the depth of google. Nothing belongs to me, I only Converted it to Sims 3. Another Conversion for Futuristic Sims! I am not 100% happy with them, my perfectionistic ass did them over 5 times in the last 2 days but I don't manage to get warm with them. I hope I can, atleast, make someone else happy with them. :) They are working completly fine and are also wearable with tight pants! Also they are not dyeable again, 'cuz i just cannot get it to work. 😭 I might do them over again eventually, but for now I just want to get them out there. Please report any issues asap! Old Thyme Furniture Set Converted from The Sims 2 Console and Pets Console for The Sims 2, Sims 3 and The Sims 4

Hi everyone :) Here's another wonderful set I love from The Sims 2 console! Yet another 3x2 large dining table! (currently only available for The Sims 2) For whatever reason, only the Old Thyme end table and dining table are featured in the pets console version, not the dining chair or bed. I created the bedding using The Sims 3 create-a-style system for the texture. I tried making one using the original console texture and it just didn't look too great. Also, the dining chair is called, "Touch of Teak Dinette Chair" instead of Old Thyme, borrowing a familiar name from the Sims 1. I've also created optional addons to the Old Thyme Dining Table, so there's a variety of sizes. Info below the cut. Let me know if you run into any problems!
