I just learned about this, and was like, hey! I'm a terrible artist, that sounds right up my alley!
Anyway, I don't actually keep up with comic books much these days. I think the Shazam stuff is supposed to be pretty okay since Rebirth? But man, the early 2000s-New 52 era was rough.
For those who don't know, Billy usually has arms.

I know things are scary and look bleak. Hope is gonna be difficult, but I think the worst thing we can do is forget to support each other through this. What ever bad situation you're in, youre gonna make it through, and you're gonna find people who love you and are so damn happy you're in their lives. I love you all so much.

I just came up with a really inconvenient, possibly unplayable four-player game: The Evil Advisor
All you need is a completely normal chess board and a deck of cards that you can somehow divide into an even amount of cards that mean "yes" or "no". Out of the four players, only two need to know how to play chess - those play the role of advisor. The other two play as rulers. At the start of the game, both advisors pull a random card from the deck, which dictates whether their goal is to win the game, or lose it. They keep their respective card, showing it to nobody else.
The rulers, who ultimately choose where to move the pieces, always aim to win the chess game, and also know that the advisor may or may not be on their side, and don't know whether to trust the advisor or not.
If the ruler wins the chess game, they win the whole game. An advisor only wins if they reach their own goal - if an advisor's goal was to lose, but the ruler wins, the advisor loses, and vice versa.

HRGHHH as an indonesian I LOVE SEEING UR INDO LOIS ART AHH IT MAKES ME SO HAPPYYY
I was wondering what would jon hypothetically look like in your art???
Aaw makasih banyak that melts my heart :') and thank you also for asking because that gives me the opportunity to do this:
meet Jonathan Yunus Kent! Otherwise known as Superboy.
I think it would be so neat of Jon's superhero outfit to blend his Indonesian and Kryptonian heritage together! I like to think Jon and J'onn are close too.

Found an old sketch from like a year ago so I figured I'd finish it up
I think when they all go off to college it'd be really funny if Sam and Tucker just,,,, forget that ghost stuff is out of the norm for most of the world and also that Danny's famous

do you think that estrogen could save john
I think you vastly underestimate how determined John is to fuck up his (or her) life. Gender is a non-issue compared to the world actively ending or lung cancer.

I want to hear Billy Batson and/or Captain Marvel with a transatlantic accent! From what I've read it seems possible, Shazam was created in 1939 and the transatlantic accent ended after world war ii which was 1945. This means that it is entirely possible that the golden age Captain Marvel/Billy Batson could have had a transatlantic accent!
Imagine Billy with his Golden boy personality, iconic all American boy next door looks, and his transatlantic accent, like no matter what he does he comes off as adorable! He could burn someone's house down and all he would have to do is say "Oh, I'm terribly sorry! I didn't see that candle there." and he'd get away with it! Captain Marvel would probably give off the vibe of an alien who learned everything he knows about Earth from old Hollywood films!

Insane to me that you get people on here trying to draw up some sort of equivalency between Niel Gaiman (sexually abused people) and JK Rowling (has conservative gender politics and participates in internet flamewars) as a justification for why the latter should be completely blacklisted from society. And then when somebody points out that perhaps these two situations aren't really comparable they'll go "you're right; JK Rowling is objectively the worse person of the two."
This is like the third wave of this exact brand of discourse that I've seen go around and every time it does I feel like I've accidentally stepped into an alternate dimension.
It really is just

Superman desperately scanning the street during a fight to find the most morally acceptable car to throw at his opponent, knowing that not everybody has insurance, and loss of transportation can ruin a life -
A wave of incredible relief washes over him as he spots the hard geometric lines and silver paintless sheen of a Cybertruck.
