     chocolate irises glimmer with the      injustice of it all. a speech regarding      the topic of unfair privileges is coming      up, she can feel it; until, that is, black      button eyes enter the threshold of her      mind.

     ( ah, the other mother would have let         her stay up all night if she wanted. )

     the image is enough to send chills      dancing down her spine and to stop      the impromptu declamation at its      tracks.

Okay, maybe explaining the habits of the undead might have been a little much for someone but Dipper was excited.

     it's not like she doesn't believe him;      she herself has encountered some      things that definitely do not belong      in this world, after all.

     somehow, doubt greets the girl's statement.        but the girl's jocularity & train-tracks grin are        honestly quite contagious, and she finds her        lips curving into a smile.

          his words are cautious, lacking suggestion           of a former relationship. with all the alternates           of friends popping up lately, he feels it justified           to question the validity of his best friend—at           least internally. to share his concern meant           the risk of being called a liar by Coraline Jones.

     oh, what a straightforward admission!!      exactly how she likes things, honestly. you      can say that, indeed, she's had enough of      the vague & the abstruse, the cryptic & the      oracular.

     well, that's what she says.
