well, that  kinda  SUCKED… he hadn’t exactly been anticipating company. ❝ you’re just coming here to read, right? ❞ crimson gaze flicked swiftly between the woman’s face and his laptop screen. a sigh —— then a wave. ❝ so, it’s fine; i  don’t  CARE. ❞ yeah. there were definitely more annoying things to put up with.      ( not that he actually would. oh, the grand commander didn’t have to tolerate a goddamn thing. )

❝ … what  are  you  READING, anyway? ❞ might as well ask.

— “Indeed...” she replies slowly, as if testing the ground for any instability under her feet. His acceptance of her presence is certainly unexpected, most not unwelcome, and thus she doesn’t allow any moment of reconsideration and promptly makes her way toward the end of the table, placing a small heap of folders on the wooden surface, besides of her laptop and a few pencils, as taking a sit, “Oh, nothing enjoyable I’m afraid, just work. My editorial is supervising the replenishment of the libraries and schools affected during the Resurrection Festival, and I prefer to keep track of the process myself, just in case.”

Making a slightly annoyed face when his aunt rubbed his hair, he was going to complain about why he was the one getting in trouble for just trying to help. However, the next part of what she said distracted his young mind as his eyes widened when she said that ‘he’d be an amazing hero someday’. “I’m gonna be an even better hero than All Might is!” He exclaimed, grinning up at her, “that’s a promise.”

— “I’m sure you will.” An amused smile plays on blue lips as she reaches to ruffle his hair a bit more before finally standing up again, dusting off her pants with her palms. If he really decided to take that path, she would be sure to be there to guide him in the right direction, “Now, why don’t we go back home so you can take a bath, and then... what do you think about some ice cream?”

Hearing the question about him picking a fight only made the young boy to promptly state, “they deserved it..” They were picking on someone else and Katsuki wanted to be a hero and that’s what heroes did. “They were being mean to someone else.. and I wanted to help and being a hero.”

— “Oh, Katsuki...” she sighs, reaching to rub his hair softly, “That’s a nice gesture, it truly is. But you need to worry about yourself, too.” a slim fingers taps his dirty nose, “I’m sure you’ll be an amazing hero someday when you’ve grown up, but right now you should let adults take care of those matters, alright?”

He made a pout as she wiped at his cheek, “it wasn’t my fault,” the young boy exclaimed. “The stoopid older kids pushed me.” Though, it was totally his fault for picking a fight them in the first place. But as if he’d tell that to his aunt or anyone who wasn’t around when it happened for that matter.

— “They pushed you? Why?” She glances around a bit, as thought find the offenders to give them a piece of her mind. She narrows her eyes a bit then as looking back at him, “Katsuki... where you trying to pick a fight?” Mitsuki had already warned about her son’s explosive temper, after all.

— “You’re so dirty… What happened?” She rubs his cheek with her sleeve, trying to clean a particularly stubborn stain of mud, “I only lost you of sight for 5 minutes, too. Are you trying to get me in problems with your mother?” She was terrible at this, it was a good thing she didn’t have children.
