We have been called criminals, but we are not. We are rebels, fighting for the people, fighting for you. I'm not that old, but I remember a time when things were better on Lothal. (Indie Ezra Bridger RP Side-blog. Semi-selective)

Things I have said to my friends RP starters
”“For the last time, I do not have a fruit fetish.”
“Oh, fuck you and your gorgeous butt.”
“Does your hair obey the laws of physics?”
“___, stop Donald Trumping the lunch hall.”
“Sing that once more, and I’ll punch you.”
“Daaamn, that’s a sexy rectangle.”
“Run. Run far away from this conversation.”
“___, no.”
“Yaaaay! Smothering hug!”
“You have got to be bloody kidding me.”
“Are you sure you’re positive you’re positive, you’re sure?”
“Oh, it always comes back to Stalin, doesn’t it?”
“Sorry, I’m in love with Black Panther.”
“Does eating the ring count as an ‘I do’?”
“You can’t win with me.”
“You are 12, how the hell do you know that?”
“Do not encourage him.”

Lemme get this straight: Maul gets cut clean in half and somehow survives because “his rage is too strong to let him die”. Then he survives his subsequent insanity and spider-leg phase (which…dafuq even…????????). Then he gets new legs and his mind put back together by Mother Talzin. THEN he survives a second fight with Obi-Wan, AND getting the shit electrocuted out of him by Sidious, and then whatever the hell happened between then and “Twilight of the Apprentice”, which he SURVIVED.
And yet all of these wonderful, fascinating, compelling ladies get killed off for bullshit never to return to the Star Wars saga?
Here, let me try something:
Padme fakes her death and goes into hiding on Alderaan as one of Breha’s attendants (because I will always and forever have this headcanon gdi).
Asajj is resurrected by latent Dark Side energy/Nightsister magick because her grave is in a thing called THE WATER OF FUCKING LIFE.
Maketh Tua was gravely wounded in the explosion on Lothal, and the Ghost crew couldn’t get to her to confirm her death. She was found later and treated for months.
Seventh Sister became a vessel for an offshoot of all that Sith energy swirling around and was resurrected because “your work isn’t done yet” (interpret as you will).
Steela managed to twist her body enough that her fall and landing did do some serious damage, but she was only knocked out when Ahsoka and Lux next saw her and assumed she was dead. Like Tua, her recovery was long and mostly in secret, but she did recover.
There. I just fixed like 85% of the problem SW seems to have towards its ladies in one Tumblr post. What’s your excuse, Lucasfilm peeps?
