wanted to say thank you so much for hosting the fest!! had a lot of fun writing and am gonna have sm fun reading too <3

Hi!!! Thank YOU for participating! I'm so proud of what everyone created, and I hope everyone else had fun too! The goal was to provide an opportunity for authors to write a type of pairing that isn't often prompted elsewhere (I am a slut for ot3 fic), and I think we achieved that!

When Mick ducks inside the Mercedes hospitality, Nico Rosberg gives him a lazy wave from his spot perched on a tall stool in front of the espresso bar. The thick bezel of his watch flashes gold when he raises his tiny cup of coffee. Everyone knows that he and Lewis are sleeping together, again. Lewis doesn’t really talk about it. At least not with Mick.

pairing: Lewis/Susie/Toto

It’s been ages since he fell asleep next to anyone, but his body remembers. He uncurls one arm, lets Susie tangle her legs with his. Her hands are freezing, where she sneaks them under his shirt on his stomach, but he doesn’t mind. It’s a nice contrast to Toto, who is a long line of heat to his right, big hand just barely brushing Lewis’ thigh.

Lewis stares unblinking at the ceiling, thinking about tugging off his sweater, thinking about what the hell he’s doing here, but it’s an afterthought, his body too loose to move. Some part of him wants to freak out over how good it feels, he knows, being surrounded by Susie and Toto, but he can't quite muster up the energy.

He decides, for now, to just allow himself to enjoy this moment.

Toto and Susie congratulate Lewis on his eighth championship. Somehow, it turns into sharing a bed.

After the worst doctor’s appointment of his life—bar none, no competition, so bad he googles Canadian medical system scam right after—Daniel has to go back to the paddock. He has to do his fucking ESPN telecast like he didn’t just have a supposedly-licensed medical professional look him in the eye and tell him—what he had to do if he wanted to stabilize his heat schedule into something at all tolerable.

AITA for not telling my girlfriend my best friend and I used to date?

Back when we were 20 and 18, my best friend (26M) and I (24M) used to date. We were young and figuring out our sexuality, and broke up after six months, because we realised we were better off as friends, but it confirmed for us both that we’re bi. Right now, though, we both have girlfriends, and due to our careers and environment, it’s not safe for us to come out, so we never did. He, my family and some friends are the only people that know I am bi, and that’s only because I told them we were dating.

Almost six years after they broke up, George and Alex start to realise they actually like each other again. Lily sees it all happening, and all three of them can't help but ask advice from or just dump their story on Reddit.

a fantastic way to kill some time - 2.4k, nico rosberg, lewis hamilton & vivian sibold the mortifying ordeal of running into your ex, aka nico, viv & lewis get stuck in a lift in monaco. almost nobody has a nice time about it. this was also written for @f1ot3fest and i enjoyed it very much, because i believe in vivian rosberg supremacy x

“So how is your love life these days?” These days doesn’t go unnoticed: Lewis shoots a sidelong look of panic at Nico.  Nico eyes Vivian with amusement, his lips pursed. She scrunches her nose: adorable.  “Fine.” Lewis says mutinously. Viv hums, pleased. “Well, that’s lovely. We did rather like Nicole, though.” Lewis’s eyes flicker to Nico again. “Well,” she laughs, as though she’s been ever so silly. “I liked Nicole - obviously Nico didn't.” “Obviously.” Lewis repeats to his shoes uncertainly.  “So, is it that nice tall man? The fencer?” Nico’s ears prick up and Vivian gives him a sunny smile.  “He’s not - I’m not into guys?” Nico is absolutely sure Lewis didn’t mean this to come out as a question, but the way Lewis says it gives Nico the kind of wracking full-body flashback he usually associates with seeing Michael Schumacher’s face on the internet or hearing the opening bars of Baby One More Time. His body feels out of time and space, as though it doesn’t know what to do: he’s half-worried he’ll get hard, half-convinced he might have a heart attack. “Oh?” Viv replies disbelievingly. Lewis looks to Nico, as though Nico might step in. Vivian gives it a second or two before she takes pity and gives him the easy way out. “I just thought - all the rainbow helmets, you know.”

betwixt - 9.5k, lewis hamilton/hanna prater/sebastian vettel one of my @f1ot3fest fics! taking these three from an established 'seb is hanna's at home and lewis's on the road' dynamic to something else, via sebastian being annoying as hell. i loved writing this SO much!

Lying on the bed, Lewis curled around the long line of his body, he rubs circles with his thumb over Lewis’s shoulder. “We should call Hanna,” he says. Lewis lifts his head slightly. “We’re naked.” “So?”  Lewis sits up, eyeing him suspiciously. “So, I’m naked.” Seb rolls his eyes just the right amount to irritate. “Well, I’m sure she wouldn’t mind. Look at you - gorgeous.” He says it just because he knows, for all his confidence, sometimes Lewis doesn’t quite believe it’s true. He says it just because the way Lewis dips his head, pleased, lights a fire in his stomach. “I - she might not want -”

Before Lewis can protest further, he grabs his phone. They don’t do this often: not so obviously post-coital, anyway, shining with sweat and endorphins. A few times, in the early days: Hanna would tease Seb, shivery and satisfied, and Lewis would grin, bashful and grateful and sweet. He supposes Lewis is less of a novelty, now: just a part of their routine. Seb feels warm at the thought. Lewis doesn’t stop him pressing the 'call' button: he settles back into Seb’s side, pulling the sheet up a little, messing with a twist that’s hanging over his face.

“Hey - oh, hello!” Hanna is the most satisfying shade of pink. She’s staring at Lewis, at the shine of his skin. Seb can’t blame her: he looks the most gorgeous like this. He’s always felt it was a shame that there weren’t billboards of him, TV advertisements, posters on metro lines.  Lewis grins nervously. “Hi, Hanna.” Seb snorts gently at the pitched-up tone of Lewis’s voice, knocks his shoulder in Lewis’s reassuringly.  “Well done for today, Lewis. You were amazing.” Hanna says it so sincerely that it steals Seb’s next breath: she’s smiling, encouraging, at the man who has just folded her husband in half, and she means it. To stop himself from re-proposing through the video call or suggesting they all run away to Lewis’s home in Colorado forever, he says, waspish: “And me?” “Well, you didn’t even get any points, ” Hanna says, sternly. “Bring me home some silverware and I’ll be nicer.”
