Trying to figure out some victorian hairstyles

U can never go wrong with a plaited bun BUT I finally figured out how i can incorpate my ringlet curl hairpiece into a style and it looks so victorian and I love

If anyone has any victorian styling tips or knows of any guides i would love to hear about them

(This is after I dismantled it) I had this pillowcase that my mom made for me when I was little and it has seen better days so I kept what I could and replaced the disintegrating fabric

I am in LOVE with this pattern (I have never had sleeves fit so well holy shit guys I think i finally figured out sleeves, only took 5 years)

I love the blue collar and the gold buttons(got to use my stash!) And the the tabs on the hem and the TRIM

I don't use trim enough and look at that beautiful trim!!!!!

I made an apocalypse fit (like a year ago. I only just got pictures now, sue me) and I think it turned out neat!

I got to do so much weathering which I never get to do and it's so much fun. Go find a project that u can weather like damn.

CLOAK ALERT

This is definitely fantasy inspired so no historical reference, but it's just a big circle with holes for a belt to provide a little bit of shaping.

I made it so I can decorate with a brooch if I choose :D

My manager found some new trim and was like "you have to look at this" and anyways i immediately bought some and used it lmao

Honestly without the lace it covers the corset lines well enough but the lace is just more fun

I made 2 reversible corselettes!

I've been needing something to keep my blouses from untucking and I think this is the best option

This is using that one raine emery pattern, it's such a cute corselette pattern

I very specifically picked these colors because they'll go with most things in my closet

So i uh- accidentally made a club dress

I don't go clubbing

I don't think I'm actually allowed in clubs

I've had this sketched out for like 4-5 yrs and I bought the fabric almost 3 years ago and am just now getting around to it

I have to tack on the laces at the back and make a few stay stitches in the collar and then she's done

Built over my overbust corset!

Made some bows out of scraps. I attached barrettes onto the the back so I can put them in my hair
