A portion of how I write him is a projection of my own struggles with the aftermath of trauma , and what I've researched upon from others. This is just me talking about Asy and the other alters in the system+ their purpose

Asylum sans Rework!

Asy is a system, osdd-1a due to the fact that said alters are simply just different versions split off eachother all with their own purpose. They have fragmented because of severe and repetive medical/experiment trauma from an early age.

Asy, nicknamed Bunny. He is the host of the system despite how the body ages they are permanently stuck to be the age they were when they experienced the trauma, the body itself is around the age late 20's-30s. He is completely unaware that they are a part of a system and the other system members hide that from him to keep their innocence. Papyrus is still infact a hallucination, he fully believes that he is real and tends to fall into meltdowns when he 'disappears'. Bun loves to talk when they get a chance to and really loves animals facts , esp facts about bunnies and different types of rabbits.

Sans is someone who rarely fronts, and when he does he is completely alone and when he is not he fades into 'non existence'. The others are unaware of his presence but he is there, he is the age of the body, he remembers everything and is aware of what he is and is a part of, he knows he cannot stay for long and that hes just going to be stuck in an endless cycle. He's pretty depressed, and usually fronts either to numb emotions or just literally out of the blue. He tends to take off all the stickers n random crap that Bun has plastered all over the body.

Thorne, they are a prosecutor/protector of the system they front if they feel the body is being threatened n some way, or if they feel like the body needs to be punished somehow. They are very aggressive and it's easy to tell when they are fronting unless they're heavily masking. He's a heavy influence on bun, because he talks to them and guides them to do certain things, to protect them. He isn't bad, he's just as hurt as all of them, he's also just a kid as well. He's hurt and filled with anger and feels that aggression is the only way of protection, if he bares his fangs then he cannot be hurt again. I still need to draw what he looks like

Syringe is a mania holder/prosecutor he fronts during psychotic breaks and manic episodes. He is filled to the brim with euphoria to the point where it hurts, he presents himself as the most energy and cheery one but it's not the case at all. He constantly goes back in fourth from getting traumatic flashbacks and just immediately forgetting them. He feels the need to inflict harm on the body because it's what he knows it's comforting to him almost to replicate his abuser, it keeps him at ease. Syr, is usually the one who needs to be restrained the most or put under when he is fronting, he is severely unstable.

sometimes I wish I could like actually tell people what’s happening in life but then I realize I don’t think they would care or they would like quit talking to me because im either too much or im not how they pictured

Sometimes I wish I was really good at something, like really good but like I feel like I do a lot of stuff but im never good or great at them I just do / have the bare minimum to be called it, it’s just like I do it and never get better like a non ending cycle of picking up something I like and end up trying really hard to do it but im still just mediocre at it instead after all my effort im just “okay” at it instead of being able to be good
