I guess I should complain more about the lack of hummingbirds, because this handsome young man visited yesterday 🤩 Except for very rare occasions, we only see one kind in Michigan, the Ruby-throated Hummingbird. Only the males have the ruby throat, and here you can see that it is not visible at all times either. As a native German, I am still endlessly fascinated with them, so I hope to see more soon.
