Ornate Tiling - Patch Content Expanded

Patch content can be a nice surprise, and the pre-RoM patch was one of those. Not only was a gorgeous brick added, but a lovely half-tile wall. I don’t tend to use those that much and prefer full tile walls, so i decided to take the design and turn it into a matching floor and full tile wall. There are 6 styles of tile used so these will match those included with the patch to give you a bit more usability.

Cats & Dogs Build Mode Expanded - 55 Fixed, Additional, or New Doors, Arches, and Windows

Well it is finally done; my Cats and Dogs Buildmode addon. Let me tell you this was no easy project. With the release of the Pre-EP patch came cc updates but it also messed with the way windows were made which meant waiting for S4S to update. Then I had a vacation, and then this blew into a lot bigger project then I was expecting. However, now it is done the objects are not only more useful then before (thumbs up to Maxis for giving us a very decent sent of buildmode items to start with) but you now get even more options for building. Win-win. Hopefully you will all get as much use out of it as i have, and will continue to into the future.

Seasons Buildmode Expanded - 40 New items (and 2 fixes)

This has been a long time coming, and for good reason: this was a lot of work. Much like C+D buildmode addon, there was a lot to work with to start with which meant a lot of possibilities. I was also not that keen on doing it originally since the windows are almost exactly like the C+D versions with slight modifications. I have grown to appreciate the differences and wanted them in additional variations and sizes. Since I mainly work with medium height ground floor I needed items more in proportion to that size and some more options on the smaller side. I definitely think I will be using this set more now I have other options.

City Living has some interesting build mode items. Interesting-good by the way, not bad by any means. However, the modern windows were only limited to the medium and tall wall heights, and only in 3 tile versions. That will just not do. That size is far from versatile so I had to go about making some addons for the items so they were more usable then in their current state. After much troubleshooting, they are done and ready to enjoy.

not much to say, just making another top i saw on instagram ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

this project has been sitting in my drafts for a few weeks. i ended up remaking this since i wasn’t happy with the first version i made. it’s made of like 3 different meshes and i had so many issues with weights, especially around the underarms and upper arms so sorry it’s not completely smooth! i hope you like it anyway!!! 

this also includes an overlay for the undershirt so you can mix and match colours 🤩

The Professional Sit - Mesh edits 

As soon as I saw the new desk chair that came with the freelancer patch I wanted to edit the mesh to get a version without the headrest and when I was  doing just that today I realized that a version without both headrest and armrests would be a nice addition too. Said and done, here are two new meshes for your desk chair needs! I also decided to recolor all versions in Peacemaker’s Airy Hamptons palette to get some additional bright color options that I think some of you will enjoy!

Upright Piano (Base Game)

Something different to what I normally do (It’s not modern, what a shock)

I never really liked how the Electronic Keyboards sound in Sims 4, especially at lower levels, and the Grand Pianos take up way too much space, so I decided to create an Upright Piano!

It has 5 Wooden “EA” Swatches and 2 Additional Solid-Colour Swatches. I attempted to make the Wooden “EA”  swatches match seamlessly with the various wooden objects already in the game, refer to screenshot. Has plenty of clutter slots on the top as well!

This functions & sounds exactly like a Grand Paino in the game, except it costs less & takes up less space!
