your story had a pretty rough start and you did some things you're not proud of, but you made the choice to change. i won't go through how important it is to accept responsibility and keep striving to improve or whatever because you know that already. what i think you should know is that your fuel does not need to be shame. you don’t need to stand over the bathroom sink with your blood in your hands until you can no longer make out your reflection. you will look at your face and you will see the person you used to be, but that person no longer exists. today, you are looking, and that makes all the difference.

“ i don’t know why it’s lame of them to never ask. you’re like.. the prettiest girl ever.” meant as a passionate compliment, sumi offers a playful wink and pose for measure. the red haired girl has no room to talk, being caught in a mental warfare of someone she wishes to be.

nonetheless, the enigmatic dancer holds out her arm to take the others, linking as if escorting said princess to a evening event. friendship was hard to come by, despite her bubbly and positive exterior. the facade was hard to juggle, nearly falling to pieces once in her own room, unraveling like her very own red ribbon. snapping back to this acquired reality, sumire smiles sweetly whilst holding tightly to haru’s arm. “ i never asked, but can you dance ?”

" yoshizawa-san ? " acceptance felt immeasurable for haru once. since finding the phantom thieves , she has never felt so understood in her life. the extended friendship of sumire yoshizawa was no exceptions. it would be sumire that haru was truly interested in getting to know. not kasumi , but sumire. the younger sister.

haru being an outcast could easily relate to the other's great desire to change the inner turmoil within. at times the okumura daughter also felt that she would rather be anyone else while her father was still alive.

this would be the first time that yoshizawa reached out in such a way. the gleaming smile she wore was beautiful and strong. " i'd be more than delighted ! " her soft , breathy words carry with a gentle smile. " i have never been invited to a girl's night out. though .. i've always wanted to be a part of it ! "
