This is new, I think, lol I donāt go to this store except once every few monthsā¦. After a woman I know who is taking a fake service dog around, these are popping up in the stores.Ā
She told her fb group how it was unfair that they keep getting told to leave with the dog/never come back with it and now I see this today. I donāt know if it regards her latest rant online or not. I know she was told to leave, I think, 3 restaurants. A couple stores have already booted them out.Ā
Fake service dogs are a huge, growing problem. Please donāt buy the vests on amazon and take your untrained dog into places. It ruins the chances for people with legitimate handicaps and their specifically trained dogs to access everyday places.Ā

This weird old lady came in with a fake service dog. She let go of his leash when she was at the counter and the dog just completely fucked off and started sniffing and licking around the whole store. It took the woman five tries to call the dog back to her.
I was so angry. But of course I couldnāt say anything. She probably got the vest online.

Thereās a dog in the Ikea struggling against a headcollar and another being carried around while it shakes. Cmon, guys. I hope those dogs were just in training and calmed down once they got farther in, but I donāt really expect it.
