Berserk Yuya + bracelet girls
For @angry-evil-tomato I hope you like it and Merry Christmas!
"It's been weeks and I haven't been able to save him. Our world is in total chaos, because of them. They did this to him. I've been told I have what is necessary to help him, but I'm not sure I can do go through with it. I can't hurt him like that. But if I let him reign, then everything will be lost."
She shut off the video camera and placed it on the table. The pink haired girl sobbed into her hands, knowing well that whatever choice she took the outcome wasn't going to be pretty. The choices she had cost her more than she could've thought.
"Yuzu, we need to go now!" Serena shouted. She ran in and grabbed Yuzu's arm.
"Wait!" Yuzu pulled away from Serena and grabbed the jacket that belonged to him. They ran out, their bracelets blinking constantly. "It's happened again?" She whispered to herself.
She couldn't take going out there anymore. There was only despair.
Serena didn't want to give up. If stopping him was her destiny, then that was that. "The others are already there!" They ran outside and faced the same gray skies as they did the day this all happened.
Serena pointed ahead, "they're over there! We need to go, fast!"
They ran as fast as they could until they reached them. "Finally," the green haired one shouted.
Serena raised her hand up to the sky, "ready Rin, Ruri, and Yuzu?!"
The other three raised their hands up too. Their bracelets blinking faster and faster until it stopped and flashed toward him.
He turned around, smirking. "Ah, we are at this again. What is it now? Day twenty-five? I've lost count."
His Crimson eyes burned brighter than it had before. The black aura that surrounded him presented the power that was hidden within his soul. His hair was higher than before, his clothes matched his aura, and his eyes, they were cold. Lost.
He tilted his head to one side and kept his eyes on the pink haired girl. "Haven't had enough, huh? Are you back for more?"
Yuzu turned away. The memories that haunted her of the past few weeks were horrifying. She had to blink away the tears that were building.
"Stay strong!" Ruri shouted.
Yuzu nodded and faced him again. Even though this boy killed everyone she loved. She had to face him.
Yuzu couldn't let him end anymore lives and destroy more buildings. Almost half the city got blasted with flames. If they didn't do something about it, then, the city would be in ruins and so would the rest of the world.
"Yuya, please stop!" Yuzu cried. "I know you're still in there! This isn't you!"
"Trying that again, are we? You know well what happened last time. I wouldn't mind a repeat," he laughed, which caused chills to go down Yuzu's spine.
Yuya raised his hand up too. He brought out his duel disk, drew a card, and summoned a monster. The same monster he used to cause this destruction.
The aura around his body grew and his eyes reflected fire as the dragon he summoned materialized. He used his dark powers to summon the beast into their world.
"Remember when I didn't use my dragon. Those were some great times." Yuya sent his thoughts into Yuzu's mind and showed her what he did to her father.
"Stop it!" She shouted, tears streaming down her face.
The other girls became worried when Yuzu's bracelet began to blink again.
"Yuzu," the three girls said in unison.
Yuzu tried to keep herself rooted in the present, no matter how painful that memory was. She needed to focus and stop Yuya before someone else meets the same fate.
Serena, Rin, and Ruri stood in front of Yuzu as a shield and channeled all their energy into creating a barrier that would stop Yuya from reaching Yuzu's mind.
Their bracelets shined brightly, blocking and blinding Yuya.
"Now!" Yuya shouted, and his dragon prepared for the attack. A small spark of fire began forming in its mouth that soon turned into a huge fireball. His dragon launched the attack straight at the four girls.
Yuzu stood there, her bracelet still blinking and unable to show its true power. She couldn't dwell on the past anymore. If she wanted to save everyone she had to fight back. She needed to believe!
Yuzu's bracelet shined even brighter than Serena's, Rin's, and Ruri's combined. She released a strong force that stopped the fireball from reaching them.
Yuya growled.
Yuzu walked closer to Yuya, "please come back." Her tears returned, but they were tears of hope.
The other girls walked behind Yuzu as she continued to make her way toward Yuya. She got close enough to touch his face and that's what she did. He grabbed her arm and squeezed it tight.
"You really think this is going to work?" He had such a tight grip that if he twisted her arm it would snap.
She nodded, "it will."
Yuya closed his eyes and Yuzu heard the other girls scream her name from behind. She looked up at the dragon, it's foot about to smash her. Her eyes widened.
Yuya chuckled.
Yuzu brought her hand that wore the bracelet on one side of his face. The other hand already against his face.
"What are you doing?!" Yuya shouted, trying to pull her hand away.
The bracelet blinded them both with light which caused the dragon to disappear and Yuya to pass out. He fell on her, but the other girls made in time to carry him.
"Stop," Yuya said.
All the girls jumped. They didn't think he would regain consciousness that quickly.
"You can't save me. Most of my soul has been absorbed." He tried to fake a smile. "It's okay, though. You guys know what to do."
"No, Yuya! Let us try!" Yuzu cried, holding him close to her face.
"You can't. It'll happen again, it'll always be here." He paused, "and why would you want me around anyway. You know what I did and even I can't live with myself."
"I can stop it," Yuzu said. "There's a way."
All three girls looked at Yuzu in shock. "You can't!" They shouted in unison.
"I can and I will."
"Yuzu!" They shouted.
"Stay back, please." Even though Yuya hurt her, she knew it wasn't the real him. She had to stop that dark being from doing that again.
"Are you sure about this?" Rin asked, pleading with her eyes not to go through with it.
"I am," she whispered.
The girls stepped back, giving Yuzu enough space for what she was about to do.
She placed her hand on Yuya's chest, causing the bracelet to glow again.
Yuya grabbed her arm, "I don't think I can let you do this either."
"I have to. There's no other way. We can't repeat this. It has to end now." She tried to hold back her tears, but a tiny tear escaped.
Yuya loosened his hand and slowly let go. This was her decision and no matter how much he didn't want this, he had to let her do what she thought was right. He had to respect her decision.
The bracelet glowed until all they could see was white.
"Bye, Yuya," Yuzu said.
Two months later
"Hey, what's this?" Yuya asked himself.
He picked up a camcorder that was lying on the table.
He turned it on and saw Yuzu.
"Day one," Yuzu said in the video, "and we weren't able to prevent this disaster. We tried everything, but in the end we were too late. He's gone, he's been taken, and I don't know if we'll be able to save him. Since the change the skies have gone gray and a few buildings burned down."
"Yuzu!" Serena shouted from the background.
"I'll be right there!" Yuzu shouted back.
Yuzu turned back to the camcorder, "Yuya, I hope we'll be able to save you." She looked down and the turned off the video camera.
Yuya wiped away a tear that escaped and continued to watch her video diaries.

Santa’s Secret
                                                        Wattpad Link
For Shannon! (not-a-fusion)
Merry Christmas! (Appleshipping) ____________________
There was a sound of a light flickering on. The light flashed all around the room and Yugo froze in place. He was on his tippy toes and walking as if he was going to try and steal something.
His eyes widened at the sight of Rin, who stood there folding her arms in disapproval.
Slowly, Yugo hid behind their Christmas tree, hoping, somehow, that Rin couldn't see him. She already knew it was him, who else would be at their home at this late hour, Santa?
Although, Yugo still thought that Santa was real. "I wanted to see if Santa brought my present."
Yugo bent down, checking under the tree. His eyes glued to the presents underneath, before he got pulled away from them. He looked at Rin and saw that familiar glare. Yet, he still looked at her face and regretted it.
"You do this every year! He's not going to show up if you stay up." Rin shook her head, unable to believe that she had to act like Santa Claus was real for Yugo. He should've figured it out, but Rin didn't have the heart to actually tell him.
Santa made Yugo really happy and she didn't want to take that away from him. She could clearly picture the time she told him that mermaids weren't real. He use to watch the ocean as a kid, hoping to see one.
He was sad for weeks, his dreams were crushed. Rin couldn't imagine doing that to him again, but also, she wasn't able to keep lie up for much longer.
"But I want to see him! I want to thank him! Then I want to rip my present open!" He jumped with excitement. "I really hope he got my letter!" Yugo shouted, happily to the sky. He jumped and danced around, imagining his present in his hands. "Rin! Rin!" He grabbed her shoulders and started jumping.
"Yugo, I'm going to give you three seconds to get your hands off me. One, Two," Yugo let go and put his hands up in the air. "Good, now, go to bed!"
"Rin, I want to see Santa. Please, help me hide and watch Santa come." He begged with his big blue eyes.
"I already told you, he's not going to show up if you wait for him." She replied, angrily.
She started dragging him back to his room. He kept whining, wanting to stay and wait for Santa.
Eventually, he gave up and went to bed. He lied there, awake, unable to go back to sleep. His mind was on Santa and his present that he hoped to get.
Yugo waited about ten minutes, knowing it takes Rin about that long to go back to sleep. He tiptoed back to the living room and sat at the far corner. His eyes were glued to the tree, waiting for Santa to appear.
It felt as though hours went by and still nothing was happening. Yugo was getting tired of waiting.  The world of sleep was catching up to him and his eyes were getting heavy.
"No, I-I have to stay awake," he said to himself.
He managed to stay awake for another five minutes, before knocking out.
"Yugo. Yugo." He heard someone calling him, a faint voice from a distance.
"Santa, is that you?" He said in his sleep. "I'm so glad you're here, I..." He paused, drooling on the floor. "I want some pancakes." He continued to drool.
Rin woke up, hearing Yugo from the living room. Before she even got to him, she started shouting. "Yugo! I told you to go to bed!"
After she saw him lying there she tried to wake him up, but he wouldn't budge.
"Where is my flying cat?" Yugo said, in his sleep.
"Flying cats aren't real," she replied, annoyed.
Rin grabbed Yugo's arms and dragged him all the way to her room. She left him on the floor next to her bed. "This way I can keep an eye on you."
"Rin, you're so nice. I love..." He drooled, "I love the twenty-five cows you bought for me."
She looked at him, wide-eyed, "what kind of dreams are you having?" She shook her head and dropped his arms.
She went back to bed, hoping she didn't have to wake up to find Yugo in the living room again.
"Yes, moo!" Yugo shouted in his sleep.
"Ugh!" Rin closed her ears with her pillow.
A few hours went by and Yugo started to wake up. He could feel that his cheek was wet. "Ah! Gross!" He yelled when he realized he was sleeping on a pool of his own saliva.
He sat up, rubbed his eyes, and took a look at his surroundings. "Rin?" He whispered, catching sight of her while she slept.
Suddenly, Yugo heard a thud and he followed that sound. He walked to the living room and his eyes widened at what he saw. "No way," he said, his eyes sparkling.
The guy in the big red suit turned around. "Uh, oh!" He shouted as he tried to run away. A few presents falling out.
"Wait! Santa! I want to tell you that you're awesome and if you got my letter! Please!" Yugo shouted after him. He ran all the way outside and saw Santa hop on his sleigh. "Wait!" He flew away and disappeared into the night. "Damn! Times like these where I wish Clear Wing could come out of his card and take me to the sky." He slammed his hand against the wall, then he walked back inside.
He stood by the tree and looked at a few of the presents that fell out. "I finally saw Santa! I can't wait to tell Rin!"
"Tell me what?" Rin asked, rubbing her eyes.
"Santa! I saw him! He was in here next to our tree and I saw him!"
"Yugo..."
"Look! He even dropped these presents when I started chasing him!" He picked up one of them and read the name on the box. "Well, looks like some guy named Yusei won't be getting his present this year."
"Yugo! You did what?!" Rin threw her hands up in the air. "You know what! I'm not going to deal with this right now." She turned around and went back to her room, closing the door.

Tree Troubles
Wattpad Link
For May, who is onlydyougetisaduel, Merry Christmas! (Counterpartshipping) _____________________
"Stop that, Yuto!" Yuya shouted, smacking Yuto's hand away.
"I can't help it. Your hair looks like our tree." He chuckled, placing the star on Yuya's hair. It dangled over the stem on his head. Yuya frowned and grabbed the star off his head.
"Like I haven't heard that one before." Yuya placed the star on the table. He began to set up the tree and he heard a chuckle from behind him. "What now?"
"A tree, putting up a tree. If only you could see what I'm seeing." He laughed.
"You know what! You can fix the tree. I'll go get the ornaments." Yuya ordered, and Yuto put his hands in the air in surrender. He walked towards the tree and glanced over at Yuya, who ran up the stairs to get the ornaments.
Yuto started setting up the tree.
"You know what we're missing," Yuya said setting the box full of ornaments down.
"What?" Yuto said, turning to look at Yuya, who pulled out his iPod. "Of course."
Yuya plugged his iPod into the mini speakers he brought down. He had a separate playlist for Christmas songs and put them on shuffle. He blasted it to full volume and Yuto shook his head, smiling.
"Done!" Yuto yelled over the music.
Yuya hummed to the song and walked over to Yuto. He handed the purple haired duelist an ornament and watched him place it on the tree. Together they walked back and forth, placing ornaments on the tree.
A few times Yuya sang along to the songs and did little dance moves, which made Yuto smile and laugh. Yuya tried to get Yuto to join him, but he shook his head. "Come on!" Yuya shouted.
Yuya grabbed Yuto's hands and starting hopping to the upbeat Christmas song. Yuto raised his eyebrows and formed a small smile. He wasn't someone who would dance and sing around like Yuya. Yuto preferred to listen to the music and quietly work on the tree, but seeing Yuya's excitement made him want to go along with it.
Yuto started jumping with Yuya, but he felt silly. He saw how he was making Yuya happy by going along with it. It made him get more into it.
Yuya grabbed a Santa hat that was in the box and placed it on Yuto's head. Yuto was about to remove the Santa hat.
"Hey, hey, hey. If I'm the tree then you're Santa. I'd like my present now." Yuya stuck his tongue out.
"Well, it's not Christmas yet, so you're going to have to wait." Yuto replied.
"Early Christmas present for me?" Yuya gave him the puppy dog eyes, hoping he could win with that.
Yuto looked away, "no, like I said, you have to wait."
"Fine, fine," Yuya said.
They continued to decorate the tree, adding more and more ornaments. Yuto grabbed another ornament and placed it on the tree. Well, he thought it was the tree until that tree moved. Yuya turned to Yuto when he heard his sudden burst of laughter.
Yuya looked at the ornament hanging from his head. "Really?"
"I didn't mean to!" He continued to laugh. Yuya glared at him until Yuto's laugh became contagious. Then he started putting more ornaments on Yuya's head. "Aw, my little tree." Yuto said when he finished.
Yuya folded his arms and watched the ornaments dangle from his head. He shook his head and heard the ornaments bump into each other.
"Ah, wait! I forgot this." Yuto said, grabbing the star from the table and placing it on top of Yuya's head. Yuto smiled to himself.
"Okay, if I'm like this, then..." Yuya grabbed the Santa beard from the box and handed it to Yuto, "you wear this."
"I don't look like Santa Claus." Yuto replied and shook his head. Yuya shook the beard in front of his face. He was having a hard time seeing through the ornaments hanging from his hair. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, okay. Stop moving around, you'll bump into the tree."
Yuto grabbed the beard and wore it.
The tree was very pleased while Santa wasn't happy at all.
They continued to edit are the tree until they were almost done. Yuya grabbed the star from his head and climbed on the sofa. He barely reached the top of the tree.
Yuto was warning him to stop, but Yuya didn't listen and placed the star on top. As soon as he tried to get off the couch he fell and so did the tree with him.
"Oof," Yuya mumbled.
"Yuya?"
"Yeah?"
"This tree is smashing me," he grumbled. Yuya looked down to see Yuto below the tree while he was on top of it. It was mostly because of Yuya's weight. He got up and moved the tree off Yuto.
"Well, this was a disaster," Yuya said.
Yuto nodded.
Christmas Day:
Yuya and Yuto were sitting by the tree with hot chocolate in their hands.
"Yuzu did a good job of fixing our tree," Yuya said, laughing.
"Maybe we should have her work on it every year," Yuto replied. He actually liked the big disaster, but he would agree that it was tiring.
Yuya nodded, taking another sip of his hot chocolate.
Yuto placed his cup on the table and got his present for Yuya. "Aw, for me?" He chuckled.
He grabbed Yuto's present and handed it to him.
They both opened their presents together.
Yuto picked up the mug and looked at it. He narrowed his eyes recognizing this particular mug. "This is from our cabinet, Yuya!"
Yuya already finished opening his present and was staring at the giant rock in the box. "YUTO!" He shouted.
Yuto started laughing and when Yuya picked up the rock and aimed it at him, he stood up and started running away.
"You gave me a mug we already have!" He shouted.
Yuya laughed while chasing after Yuto.
