Yo, Sans blogs

You’re awesome. 

I promise you; you are. For any time that you feel less “Sans” than another blog, or less loved, remember that your particular flavor of Sans, AU or canon, is your own and you have every right to be damn proud of it. And even still, it’s 100% ok to be a bit jealous of others sometimes, to be a bit insecure. 

Can I tell you a secret? 

I sometimes get a bit jealous of other Sans blogs, too. 

Sometimes I’m not satisfied with my own portrayal. Sometimes I wish I could be more like other blogs. Sometimes I think, “Argh, I’ve become too fandom and less canon”. Sometimes I think, “I need to become more fandom and less canon, or else my partners will leave me.” 

That’s natural. We’re human. We’re going to experience emotions that aren’t pretty, that aren’t nice. Not to other people, and not to ourselves. That’s ok. It’s how you handle it that matters. 

So here’s a shout-out to all the Sans blogs I know or follow me. Some of you have inspired me, and I’ve read your work to spur on my own. Some of you I’ve been a bit jealous of,  because your Sans felt better than mine or seemed more loved. Some of you I’ve never really interacted with at all. 

And you are all kickass. Thank you for being here, and bringing your own flavor of Sans to the table. It wouldn’t be complete without you.
