Honestly, this looks great so far!!! Here's two solves (as the main issue I can spot is the perspective of the arms in relation to the perspective of the hands. Even then, from where i'm sitting i wouldn't have noticed anything was askew if it hadn't been pointed out, you've got some awesome anatomy skills going on here)

a) I'm guessing that Kale is leaning on the table behind them- in which case the shoulders are doing fine, but the arms look like they're pointing outward rather than supporting them on the table. I'd suggest a little foreshortening, and re-configuration of the arm anatomy to make it evident that their elbows are behind and supporting them, as they currently look as if they are facing outward (a la chicken dance).

b) foreshorten the HECK out of those hands, especially if kale is *really* leaning on that table. Flatten them out so it looks like they're being pressed into the surface (which then justifies the angle that the arms/elbows are positioned) in which case, those shoulders gotta drop!!

At this point, I'm not even sure if the name "traveler" from Pulp Musicals is a reference to the character "Travellia" from Margaret Cavendish's book Assaulted and Pursued Chastity, or if I just really want it to be because I am obsessed with the idea of a genderfluid character in a book written in the 1600s.

A main character who cycles through names and pronouns based on current emotions/activities (Miseria, Affectionata, Travellia, ...), and makes everyone fall in love with him, regardless of gender? The found family in the ship captain that accepts her as his son? That's actually the queerest idea I've ever heard, and I'm utterly baffled that it's nearly 4 centuries old.

StarCanWreckedPulp Fan Rewards For Palestine??

While I'll be keeping this blog name and logo for the next couple of weeks so that all of you who already follow this blog know who I am, I'm thrilled to announce that we'll soon be rebranding to what I hope will become a yearly, or even biannual, communal charity drive for the online StarCanWreckedPulp fan fam to come together for a chosen cause! For this inaugural run, I have decided to raise money for Palestine and other peoples suffering genocide. In order to gain the rewards that will be offered by the event, people will simply have to submit screenshot proof that they have donated to a fundraiser supporting victims of genocide.

As part of the event, I will be doing a giveaway in which the winner will be able to chose any one item from the official Starkid, TCB, or Shipwrecked stores to get for free. While this will be the Grand Prize, I hope to have a couple of other prizes up for grabs as well.

This is where you guys come in--what prizes would you like the chance to win? What artist would you love to win a commission from? Please fill out the survey below--no emails are collected and it's just the one question!
