- Warm lemon water w/ Sweetener
- chopped apple w/ cinnamon 
- a little bit of dark chocolate

When I want to binge at night
Drink one cup of Green tea
Drink one La Croix (or other zero calorie drink)
Drink a big glass of water
Do you still feel hungry? That’s ok, but have another cup of tea
Still hungry? Are you absolutely sure? That’s ok too. Go to the kitchen and get a fruit/veggie/ricecake. Do not go for the pizza or chips or anything else. “I have goals, skinny will taste better” repeat that in your head the entire time you’re in the kitchen. Do not begin to eat until you’ve left the kitchen. Now go ahead and eat, you did good.
