Elevator Pitch
You always want to be prepared in case you meet someone important that can make a different and benefit your business. An elevator pitch is used to spark a conversation and interest in what your business has to offer.
The first thing to remember is it has to be short and sweet but to also show your passion about your business/brand and your confidence.
1)The first step to your elevator pitch is to simply introduce yourself with your name and your brand.
2) Tell them what your company is and what it offers, for example i have a brand for modesty clothing and hijabs. I can say “My brand EllexBoutique provides modest wear and hijabs targeted towards younger females”.
3)Address the problem or how your brand helps the customers.” My brand helps young woman feel confident yet stay fashionable and on trend in a more modest way”.
4)Tell them how your brand is different from your other competitors. What is so special about it or how does it make a difference in the person life that is buying it. “ My brand includes customized colours and sizes up to 3XL to accommodate all body sizes”.
5) Before you end it ask them a question. Let them be interested in what you have to offer
6) Finally to end your pitch give them your business card and invite them out for a coffee to further explain your brand. This also lets them know you’re accessible.

When searching for an exact word or phrase its best to put the phrase or text in quotation marks so google knows what to look for exactly.
Example: “polka dot shirt”

To search for something on a specific site, type out what you would like to find and the website URL beside it and it will filter out any other websites.
Example: polka dot shirt site: www.target.com
How would you correctly search for a definition?
To correctly search for a definition, the best way to get a direct answer is to have the word define before what you are searching for.
Example: Define earth.
How would you search for a specific product available within a specific range?
To search for a specific product within a price range you have to search the product name and then the price you want. Minimum price followed by the maximum price which is connected by a hyphen. Don’t forget to include the dollar signs.
Example: iPhone 8 $700-$900

To search for a specific file type, search the file name and then add the filetype after.

To confirm the exact form of a quote even if there were missing words, I would put asterisk in place of the word I’m missing. For example, the quote” aspire to inspire before we expire”. If i were missing the words inspire, I would search “Aspire to *before we expire”

To search for pages containing two connected words, you have to connect the two words with the words AND.
Example: shirt and polka dots

To search for social media content containing a specific tag include the hashtag sign and the specific tag.
Example: #polkdotshirt
