Worked on this for a while. I like how it turned out. I’ve always been scared of one layer colouring but I think I’m going to do it from now on. ( ‾́ ◡ ‾́ ) I will continue to try and improve!

What I did for Inktober Day 1. I cleaned it up and changed a few things to upload. It’s really messy but before this, I had absolutely never inked anything, so it helped me get over my fear of ink. (￣▽￣;)

I just so happened to receive my PJants in the mail today so I took it as a sign that I should share a video too. Although pretty much every video from 2016 means something to me, I would pick this one. It was while I was recovering from mental illness and trauma from the beginning of the year, having forgotten everything that I aspired to be and do. You said, into the void, that you believed in us. You believed in ‘me’ when I hardly believed in ‘tomorrow’.

Since I’ll probably never get to meet you in person, Mark if you get the chance to read this or not, even if I’m just shouting into the void, I’m just glad it’s the same void. Thank you. You probably hear it all the time and you probably say we don’t need to, but we really do. Your videos kept me sane when everyday was a nightmare. I could go on forever about how you’ve helped me in every way so I’ll stop myself here. Just thank you, and happy birthday. (ﾉ´ヮ`)ﾉ*: ･ﾟ

“SMILE/YELLOW” inspired by “Yellow” by kz. Started off as a sketch that I decided to colour. It took longer than I would’ve like but at least I finished it (a.k.a. gotten to a point where I was too tired/lazy to fix anything else).

Mitsuha’s kimihimo from the animated movie Kimi no Na wa (Your Name). I used some pictures from the official visual guidebook as reference. Such a beautiful movie (´ ∀ ` *) I love Makoto Shinkai's works. His environments and landscapes are always amazing. Do yourself a favour and watch it if you haven’t already. You may or may not love it but visually, it’s undeniably beautiful.

Weapon concept inspired by the hard light sword from Hyper Light Drifter and Velvet’s weapon from RWBY. I guess it’s also like a lightsaber. In this case, you have to wear special gloves to touch the hard light for the bow function and maybe the scythe function... because it would literally burn them off.

Based off of in game screenshots and a sprite animation done by afraux I played Hyper Light Drifter for the first time a couple months ago and I can definitely say it’s one of, if not the prettiest pixel graphic game I’ve ever seen. Now one of my favourite games ever.
