Only bad things can come from people reading jokes off of candy wrappers. It’s true. A candy wrapper killed my great step-cousin. 

This one took way too long to finish but I am glad it’s finished. I have some new scenes planned and am building new updated rigs for some familiar characters. Also I just want to say, I did drink several lattes while working on this scene. Get absolutely dunked, Godot, lattes are delicious.

I promise, this isn’t turning into an Ace Attorney fan blog or anything, I just love these rigs. Thanks to @themornal for letting me use their voice clip. I had so much fun working on this. And I still can’t believe that this was actually a line that they put into the games.

A redo! @themornal and I have redone this scene since it’s been over a year since I animated it the first time. Mornal both wrote the bit and does the voice of Edgeworth and Phoenix, and did a stellar job with both!

For anyone wondering what Edgeworth says at the end, it’s: 

“Took a fourteen hour flight across an ocean and a f*cking continent, why do I even bother, why do I even bother??”

This scene took like a month to do, and I almost gave up on it twice. But it’s done.

My shameful secret, and why this is not just a recreation of part one of the old comic I did, is that... I hate that old comic. Like. It’s terrible.

It’s been five months since I animated anything for fun, and I’m so happy I got to animate something that I wrote. Thank you to @themornal and @8edhead for providing the voice work for this clip, you guys knocked it out of the park and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. 

Also if you notice that the character look different from how I used to animate them, these are completely different rigs. I love working with them!
