Today’s obscure fandom is Better Nate Than Ever!

Better Nate Than Ever is a Disney + movie based on the book by Tim Federle. It follows 13 yo Nate Foster as he tries his best to make it on Broadway.
Personal Rating - 9/10 ⭐️
I love this movie! It’s a very fun watch and I highly recommend it for any theater kid. However, due to it’s production by Disney, some of the more overt LGBTQ themes were removed. Other than that, the music was very catchy and fun, and I revisit this movie often.

Today’s obscure fandom is Adamandi!

Adamandi is a queer horror musical, set in a dark academia university setting. The main characters are all nominated for a coveted graduation prize, and go to insane lengths to earn it.
Fan-Submitted Review - 12/10 Stars! ☄️
IT'S SO SO GOOD I CANNOT EXPLAIN. One of my favorite parts is the relationships between all the characters and their individual storylines, because they're all so complex and interwoven. Speaking of the characters, they're so diverse and well-written, and they really come to life on the stage. All this not even MENTIONING the music, which SLAPS. The lyrics hit really hard, and the vocals are actually amazing, like I think these people might be gods. The storyline and subject matter is really serious and heavy, and it's handled really well, but there are enough lighthearted and romantic moments that keep it from being too depressing. That being said, I cry every time i watch it, and it's so so so phenomenal and you should watch it :3
Thank you so much to @sifs-rowan-tree for submitting this one!

Todays obscure fandom is The League of Seven!

The League of Seven is a trilogy of books about seven kids in an alternate past where electricity is illegal. It follows Archie Dent and his friends as they fight Thomas Edison and monsters called the Mangleborn.
Personal Rating - 6/10 🌤️
I remember really enjoying the first book in this series as a kid, but I never had access to the sequels. It is a very original concept with many ideas that still stick in my head, but I’ll have to revisit it before I can give it a higher rating.

Today’s obscure fandom, Pig Detective!

Pig Detective is a series of games created on Dreams, a creative platform similar to Roblox but on the PlayStation. It follows the main character, George (AKA Pig Detective) as he tries to unravel various mysteries!
Personal Rating - 8/10 ✨
It is an incredible game for the source engine. My only issues are that it doesn’t play well offline and then voice acting can vary in quality. Other than that, it is a very good game with an engaging story and interesting mechanics.
