So, does anyone else get not only invested in the stories they listen to but the music? I’ve added at least 5 songs from asmr rps to my Spotify playlist. And when I hear them, I tend to get a little emotional with them. The ones remember I have are:

Also want to give a special mention to whatever song MasterMissy uses for Demon’s Bar and Scthye Audio used for the illegal rave in the first video for the Alpha Claw Chronicles. If anyone happens to know the name of it, it would be appreciated!!

I guess I just get really attached to the music where I can picture the scene and the emotions they create.

I highly recommend all of these series. They are amazingly well done and immersive! Thanks for the stories and the music guys!

At this moment I am paused on part 3 of Neon Wings by Escaped ft. GBA and was thinking about the song Chicago and it just made me wonder. Ok, I’m going to finish the audio and probably cry AGAIN at the last line.

just to make sure we are all on the same page in this corner of the internet, i want to be explicitly clear about my stance/feelings on some things:

if i come across "content"/fic in this niche that i absolutely do not like, do not vibe with, am not interested in, that icks me out completely and totally—i scroll past it as quickly as i can and i move on with my day.

in the case that it's "content"/fic that really bothers or triggers me in any way, i make sure that i have blacklisted/blocked certain tags and keywords so that in the future i may not come across those things again.

i also understand that there is a variety of tags used throughout the internet and that websites are not perfect/things slip through the cracks. people are also human, and mistakes are also made.

in the event i am exposed to something that i do not want to see, point blank, i would never and will never believe it is my right to harass and terrorize the person writing said thing/s, and if i witness this kind of behavior being celebrated among the people around me, whoever you are, i will be removing you from my space.

to be perfectly and abundantly clear: i will always be a supporter of dark content, and its right to be written. even if i don't understand it, even if it "disgusts" me, even if i never want to read it.

please understand that i do not say this with hostility, nor do i mean it as a threat or to be confrontational. you should protect the space that you are in; this is me doing that, this is me making sure that you do that, even if it's against me.

Can’t stop thinking about AsuCaga’s part in the final battle of Seed Freedom because it’s also peak romance, spoilers behind the cut

Can’t stop thinking about how Cagalli remote piloting the Justice with Athrun in the cockpit shows just how much trust and faith he has in her. It’s long been established Athrun’s the better pilot between the two of them, but yet he’s willingly putting his life in her hands. One slip, one mistake on her part, and that’s it for him.

It’s already established that even though the Black Knights are relatively inexperienced pilots, they have the most advanced suits in all of Cosmic Era (or so they think - I am 100% sure Mighty Strike Fredom is a cut above that) so here’s Cagalli, remote piloting from Earth, with Athrun’s life on the line, with a less powerful suit, and she’s holding her own. Talk about a show of skill on her part - Athrun pretty much only took control back for the final blow. Also makes me think he’s been training Cagalli on the side too because I’m pretty sure Shura didn’t catch on right away because mimicked Athrun’s fighting style well enough (novel states Shura had been studying how Athrun fights via recordings).

And Athrun’s perverse thoughts moment - novel expands on this to him thinking of every moment he’s had with her from their first meeting … and him reaffirming his vow to live no matter what because that’s what she taught him.

AsuCaga’s love is the kind of love that endures; the kind that’s been tested, nearly broken, but mended; the kind that is borne out of patience and understanding and mutual trust because above all else, they have to change and guide the world to a better place so “they” can exist in the light and not in the shadows. Together.
