I've been to the Hollywood Bowl many a time. I've been there with good crowds, considerate of those around them as we file in by the hundreds. I've been there with bad crowds, pushing in front of one another and bickering about having to stand in the sun to get in. I can say that the people that showed up to see Dimension 20 last night were far and away the best crowd I've stood with. They were helping strangers find their way, complement each other, they lined up orderly on their own which I have never seen at any event ever. There was a real feeling of "these are my people" across the entire audience because everyone there knew they had permission in this place and on this night to be a fuckin' nerd.
