How haikyuu charcaters tell stories

Uses their hands a lot and their volume fluctuates depending on what they're saaying to heighten the intensity. Can and probably will have you at the edge of your seat. Tends to exaggerate a tinsy bit. But where's the fun in it if you don't get to ad a lilttle something something to mix things up with?

Goshiki, SUGA, Noya, Atsumu, Lev, Inuko, Kamasaki,

When telling stories they're really cryptic intentionly and expect people to ask questions but when they dont end up getting any they have to prompt people and eventually they end up having to do it themselves and its a little sad to watch but 💀 do what you gotta do. They also take unnecessary pauses/have random unrealated side convos

Oikawa, semi, kuroo, yaku, Tendou, Asahi, Hinata, Yachi, Maki, Yamamoto, Yahaba

Says 'um, like,right' every 2 to 3 words and its just so hard to look over. They'll forget that they were telling a story none the less what the story was about half way through and somehow exoect people to know what they were gonna say cue the awkard comcetrating face accopanied by then snapping their fingers and or tapping their foot

Tanaka, Yamaguchi, yaku, Kindichi, Aone

They start telling a story but always do it at the most inconvenient times and have to leave mid story and is like I'll tell you later. But come later and they eietehr forget what they were talking about or just don't finish telling you the story.

you looked up at kuroo eyes full of panic as he only greeted you with a sorrowful smile.

“i counted, you had one left goddamn it!!” you cursed out. “i made sure of it!’

kuroo only looked at you, half wishing that your terrified face wasn’t the last thing he’d get to see. he remained silent.

"fuck where is it!?” you cried out searching the ground and your surroundings, crouching down and digging your fingers into the ground below you, eyes darting for the lost marble.

“i told you,” kuroo answered simply, “i gave it to you.”

“you’re lying!” you cried tears threatening to spill from your eyes. “i told you to hold onto it! they won’t kill you if you have it!” you shuffled through your small marble bag, shakily handing him another one of your marbles. “here, keep it until we find the other one, keep it, and then we can find another bag! yes! when we find another bag we can just steal from them and you’ll get to live and we can both get-”

“hey.”

you meet kuroo’s gaze, his calm smile able to ease your nerves like always. he wraps his hands around the one handing him the marble as he pushes it back to you. “keep it.” he tells you.

and in a split second you shove your hand back to him. “no! absolutely not! if you keep this one then they won’t eliminate you! we can get through this and find-”

“kiss me.”

you blink, “what?”

"Borrowed Not stolen"

Directors commentary: This is a reshoot of one of my old films that was previously privated so I'm slowly starting to re do a lot of my older films that I wanted to edit I hope you all can sit back and enjoy the show!! - Cass

You and Kuroo had never interacted before, you only knew each other because you went to the same school and even then you only actually had to talk to him because you were in the same classes.

Your best friend was a cheerleader for the volleyball teams and you didn't play the sport anymore,but you enjoyed watching them cheer for your school. The game was interesting to watch too, which was just a bonus.

This night was only slightly different then any other match , you came in early so you could talk and hang out with your best friend and finish some of your homework. Then you would go sit in the stands and watch the game. But instead of doing that today you'd managed to snag one of the volleyball that the teams used to warm up that was shanked into the stans but ignored and you went outside.

You tossed up the ball and began to do solo setting and passing drills. Your leg began to hurt and that's when you stopped. You'd gotten tired much faster than usual. You finally went inside and sat in the stands. Trying to catch your breath.Soon enough The whistle blew signifying the end of the match. Nekoma had won that night, the people were cheering louder than ever and the cheerleaders were well cheering.

You watched as the crowd dispersed. you were thinking about what it'd be like to be down there again. Playing to your heart's content.

You looked at your phone and it was starting to get late and you needed to start getting home. You weren't all that tired, and you knew that your best friend would stay out late plus they never answer their phone if it was a text message.

As you watched the teams clean up the gym someone caught your eye. It was none other than the captain of the nekoma team, kuroo tetsurou. He winked at you and occasionally looked up at you in the stands. It was a little bit more than odd. You were about to leave the building completely before you remembered that you still had the ball.

You weren't the confrontational type but you weren't going to steal a ball just to avoid talking to people, though the thought was tempting.

You walked to the court's entrance door. "I could take that for you," someone said from behind you. Your shoulders tensed, and you turned around "I'm sorry what?" You asked. "Oh it's just you" you said once you realized that it was kuroo. "The ball" he pointed to the  "stolen" volleyball in your hands.

"I think I can put it up," you said with a forced smile. You didn't have anything against kuroo or anything like that, it's just you didn't really feel like making small talk with anyone. Firstly you weren't good at it, second you didn't like it much, and third you were socially drained and were too tired to really try that hard.

"That's funny because I can't recall anyone giving you the key to the  supply room." The boy said with a sly smirk. "So are you going to let me help you or not? because If not I could just report the stolen volleyball to the admin and you'd probably get a weeks long detention at the best." He said.

Your eyes narrowed "it wasn't stolen it was borrowed" you corrected him "oh yeah, try explaining that to the vice principal. He said Honestly what was the Vice principal going to do over a borrowed ball really wasn't that big of a deal. Maybe it'd be better to not find out though and just put the ball back. You were too tired to argue and obliged"But could you open the door for me, to the supply closet."

"No I don't think I can y/n,that's your name right?" He asked "yes that's my name,and why not?" You asked very confused since he was the one to put the offer out there after all. "You didn't say please," he said teasingly.

"Your welcome" he said in return. You adjusted your school bag on your shoulders  deciding to take your chance and walk away the silence before he engaged in more conversation or before anything started becoming awkward.

Kuroo caught up to you with pencil and paper in hand. He'd written down his number "could you write down your number?" He asked. You decide to give him a taste of his own medicine. "No" you said your chin tilted purge slightest bit. "You didn't say please"you mocked him from just a few moments ago.

"Oh, well then," he cleared his throat. "could you pretty please with a cherry on top" write down your phone number?" He asked "I suppose" you said, still maintaining a straight face, on the inside you were smirking,but he didn't need to know that.

You took the pencil and paper and wrote down your number. You pulled out your own phone and added  him to your contacts. "I'll see you around Kuroo," you said before hurrying out of the gym and beginning the walk to your house.
