sometimes "he would not fucking say that" isn't just about fanfic. sometimes a new season of the show comes out and in canon he is now saying things he just would not fucking say

Regarding the events of seeing red, I understand what the writers were going for and I’m all about making things dark, but it’s a fantasy supernatural drama and what happened with spike was too dark.

He should have tried to sire her. It makes sense within context; he wants her back, they can be together forever, it gets rid of that pesky slayer morality that in his mind is keeping them apart. Plus the shot composition and framing could be the exact same but with spike’s vampire face on. Maintain the atmosphere but don’t call it rape. That’s what buffy does best, take real world issues and make it supernatural so buffy can fight it.

the thing that prove to me (even more) that buffy summers is bisexual/pansexual is: faith lehane and spike are the same character.

really, they utilized the same character's mold for both of them, basically the only thing that make them different is one is a woman and slayer and the other one is a man and vampire.

both of them

• at some point they wanted to kill buffy

• they wanted to buffy love them [back]

• they saw every side of buffy, her bright side and her dark side, and they love her as a whole [not making her see herself like she's out of character and she's scaring them]

• they're reformed

• their decision to "be a better person", buffy had a massive impact on them

• both of them are not accepted as part of scoobies gang

• both of them are taken as a villain

• when angel's things is over buffy is like "oh so I think I'm out of the league and don't want a bad boy anymore" then basically in the next scene faith shows up like buffy I know what you're

• spike had more screen time being around but their enemies to acquaintances to not enemies but not friends too to kinda of friends to lovers (I know there's more and everything but I can't topic every single one now) so their romance started so organic and they already had a bond — so buffy didn't freak a lot because she's a control freak and she likes to have things under her control and manage what people will think or not about her and her good looking because she cares a lot

• faith had less screen time than spike but she arrived sunnydale adoring the slayer buffy summers and since she's a slayer too faith wanted to befriend buffy soon because they're in the same boat and she never had seen herself in others — she's a slayer I'm a slayer we need to team up — but buffy grew up in a way faith didn't, so they diverge and they don't agree anymore and now the only person who would understand her she tried to kill her somehow buffy is still kinda of at her side but everything is not the same so it's a strangeness

• they want to buffy count on them

• they want make up with buffy to make her see that buffy can trust them now [when they came back 'reformed']

• all they wanted was to love and be loved [to buffy/by buffy]
