Flailing over a bunch of different fandoms, some meta stuff that interests me, and random things that catch my attention.
You can read Falling and my other TMNT stuff at ff.net or ao3.
I've recently gotten heavily sucked in by Undertale, and you can find my Undertale Stories in the Under Shield series on A03. There is also a timeline if you want the chronological order (minor spoilers!).

Donations go toward making sure both my computer and my brain are running so that I can keep producing stories.
Etsy stores:
Stitchtasia - geeky cross-stitch and accessories.
Stellar Magpie - sterling silver, gold, and precious stone fantasy-inspired jewellery (often with hidden geek themes)
I get asked about this a lot -- I talked about a lot of Falling-related stuff when I first joined tumblr, particularly bits of canon and deleted scenes I couldn't fit into the story, which are all collected on the about page.
I do maintain three other blogs -- leaderinblue (a Falling Leo Roleplay blog, on hiatus), shardsoftangshen (a Tang Shen AU Roleplay blog), and askthehamatofamily, which is a Falling!Gang ask blog (when I have time to answer things).
And please say hi! I'm just a fandom geek who wants to share my geekery with everybody who'll stay still long...
TFW you find out your workplace is refusing to give you the 20 years of service employee recognition award because some of that time was spent in the part time unit.
hey mike, i was wondering what some of your favourite props are that you have in your "nerd room"
I've got a pretty sizable collection of props at this point, though I'm a little wary about putting them up on the internet. But of course some of my favorite things are pieces from my own productions over the years.
I wasn't smart enough to keep things for most of my career, and I've actually spent a fair amount of time clawing some of those things back and buying or trading from private collectors.
Here are some of the pieces I am comfortable showing, and I hope they bring you joy!
These solar eclipse shadows form due to the distance between the sun and the leaves on the trees. The distance and the proximity of the leaves to one another cause for a "lensing" type effect, making the eclipse shadow clearer to the human eye.
I tried this today and everything everyone is saying is true. Made it with the first sage, chives, and thyme from my garden, jalapeno for heat, some ancient grain bread, my aunt's chili sauce inside, and cheddar, havarti, and pepper jack cheese.
But what really took it from 10/10 to "oh holy heck I have seen the light of the stars beyond time"? The browned, crispy, roasted garlic from the pan stuffed back into the sandwich.
Sweet Christmas.
