Polish cuisine is a kind of cooking and food preparation which is widely famous in Poland. Poland dishes are not famous in Poland but they have also been widely influenced by other cuisines, namely Austrian and Hungarian, as well as Italian french Jewish, and Turkish. Polish-styled cooking in other cultures is often named as à la polonaise. If there is one food that is most loved, it is Polish food. Polish cuisine is rich in meat like chicken and beef, especially pork, and they have a wide range of vegetables, herbs, and spices in it. There are also many dishes containing meat, eggs, and cream making them very delicious. Usually, chicken and pork are used in polish food, but they are not a major part of it. Poland's food has various kinds of noodles, grains, and cereals. Polish food is often an unexpected highlight of many people’s trips thanks to the country’s food culture that’s every bit as rich as other European nations. They are full of calories, and many of the best polish foods are rich, which are famous in Poland and other countries.
There are many polish dishes which are famous for their taste but the most famous dishes are   Pierogi, Bigos, Gołąbki, Placki ziemniaczane.
Poland dishes are also famous because of their sausage, Kiszka sausage is a very famous sausage in Poland. There are many other dishes which are famous in Poland like Rosol, Red Barszcz,  Mizeria, Sałatka Jarzynowa, Kompot Żurek, Kopytka, Nalesniki, Krokiety,  Pickle Soup,  Liver and Onions,  Kebab, Fasolka po Bretońsku, Ryba po Grecku,  Pierniki, Sernik, Szarlotka.
Traditional polish food, especially dinner is divided into three courses, beginning with soup like famous soup is rosół broth and tomato soup. At different restaurants, they are known as appetizers. The main course of Poland's food is related to a serving of meat such as roast, breaded pork cutlet, or chicken with coleslaw, like shredded root vegetables having lemon and sugar. The side dishes are usually famous in boiled potatoes, rice, and less commonly kezka. There are different deserts including makowiec, a popy seed pastry, napoleonka cream pie, or sernik cheesecake. Most of the traditional dishes are often demanding in preparation.  People of Poland are generous and allow themselves a generous amount of time to serve and enjoy their festive meals, especially Christmas Eve supper,  or Easter breakfast, which could take a number of days to prepare.
