i don’t understand why i keep getting reminded of fashion & philosophy AFTER the course ended and we had an assignment to do just that During the course and i couldn’t come up with anything. Maybe i just miss the course very much. Nothing to add here i just wanted to share this video bc it reminded me of what we talked about !

it feels so weird seeing models smile maybe it’s just me.. i think this feeling is created by the contradiction between a smile being a genuine emotion and modeling being non-genuine.. and even if the model was really smiling when the photographer took the picture, it still loses some of its genuineness in the process of selecting the best pic, editing it etc. it’s just weird that emotions get exploited in the industry where people either fake or hide the real emotions and it’s weird that it’s weird!
