PMS
Also I started to take hormonal pills for my acne 2 weeks ago and today I've been with the worst mood swings and cravings ever, the pizza I was going to eat it at lunch time but it was closed so I got so depressed I didnt eat for hours but then other cravings came, also I started crying when my dad asked me to go buy a pizza at night?! I've been crying all day for no reason at all idk what is wrong with me but I know I must be PMSing and this is the first time I'm feeling too many emotions, its probably the pills that are doing this to me as well x--x

25th January 2019
So today at 10 am I had like 16grams of cereal and I didnt eat anything till 6pm for some reason and then I ate 2 toasts with ham and cheese which I shouldnt have done if I knew I was gonna breathe in 3 slices of freaking pizza at dinner WELP to be honest,it was too good, with barbecue sauce and everything I loved it, but well Imma say it was worth it and till next week Imma keep doing what I'm doing :")

Weight - 25th January
So today i decided to weight myself and I am 70.7kg
Lost: 1.8kg
Last time I was 72.5kg so even though slowly, I am making progress, Imma keep up till next week. I was thinking of making today the "classic" cheat day but I'm kinda motivated now and I definitly want to weight less next week :")

So today I had 1110 kcal, I had 4 buffalo wings and 3 baby potatoes (dinner - 380 kcal), and during the day I had a 2 bites of noodles (78kcal), Vit-hit green and lean (35 kcal), Half pizza (353 kcal), toast with butter (125kcal), green tea and 37 grams of special k (139 kcal)
I'm doing the 3 bites per hour still, sometimes it will be over the 1000 kcal limit but I'm actually okay with that as long as it doesn't go over 1200kcal

21 January 2019
I am starting again and I want to be under 1000kcal. Today I had 981kcal. I didnt weight myself and I dont want to weight for a while, last time tho i had 72,5kg. I want to be able to have my mind out of this so I wont obcess with food and my weight but at the same time I want to keep up with it so im just setting a big daily calories, its more to prevent me from binging bcs i noticed that thinking about it all day makes me binge, also i am eating every single hour 3 bites of something that I really wanna eat, for example yesterday I bought a package of oreos, every hour i ate an oreo and half till dinner time, it didnt make me think a lot about food
Today I had spaghetti with ground beef for dinner (271 kcal), 12 oreo cookies (640 kcal) and 2 Vit-Hit Lean and green (70 kcal)

Iron deficiency
I haven't been posting for a long long time bcs my weight has been basically fluctuating despite me restricting >< I recently went to the doctor because of my body acne problem and he gave me medication for treatment but he asked me for blood tests as well, so I did one and in the results it appeared that my iron levels are dangerously low amd vitamin D is lacking as well, now besides the 3 types of pills that I take for acne, I'll also have to take 4 iron pills per day for 2 months and go back to do more blood tests to see if the levels go to normal, its really scary cuz if I hadnt done the blood tests, I could start having anemia and my organs could start failing as well >< Now I won't be able to restrict as much as I want but it will be for the best, I'm going to start eating iron rich foods at least for these 2 months that im taking the vitamins

A minha irmã acabou de comentar comigo que uma pessoa que não conheço de lado nenhum comentou com o namorado dela a pensar que eu era o "irmão" da minha irmã, quando eu sou uma rapariga... Ela contou-me tbm que quando um dos amigos dela descobriu que eu tinha um namorado disse: "Afinal milagres acontecem"
Eu já me sinto tão insegura de mim própria e saber que á pessoas que falam de mim atrás das costas sem me conhecerem de lado nenhum ugh quero morrer. O meu namorado é mesmo lindo, tipo ele parece um modelo sem brincadeiras, e ele está com alguém como eu e saber que as pessoas comentam estas coisas, sinto que sou uma vergonha ao estar ao lado dele ou da minha irmã ou de qualquer pessoa

total intake
(09/10/2018)
Today I ate a total of 768 kcal, I think it's a considerable amount of kcal. I'm not hungry at all even though I was during the day and I ate a rice cake with chocolate, it saved me 😂 I'm trying to get control of my eating and I think I'm doing a great job, I just need to keep going. What is helping me is that I'm also catching a cold, at my worse I wont even be able to eat which I think it would be fantastic lol 😂
