Ah yes the watchers of the cake.

@bravo44 took on a dedicated operation to bake a lava cake for me, and took on my game so i could add gelato and whipped cream before attacking it (nom style.) Then these ladies (and virgil) became the watchers of the cake team. In case you’re wondering, yes. It was delicious. Thanks lover. You played that game you hate even a short round of multiplayer (which you hate the most) so I would stop forgetting to eat the damn cake.

True story. HAVE A CONTRACT. I got screwed just last year when I had a verbal agreement to do sweet 16 birthday party photos BUT I asked for half up front. So I at least got that.

Shout out for two awesome people. @penberly one of those amazing chameleon cosplayers whom I have had the good fprtune to photograph myself and @ryzenxia an amazing cosplay photographer. Their frequent collaborations fuel me and inspire me to keep creating my own content as a photographer! And to keep dabbling in cosplay too. And penberly in particular slays me with her awesomeness. *dead*

I believe I saw this same cosplayer last year but this year i had more [lady] balls to run up to her and get her picture properly I saw a little background detail I liked and I was able to align her perfectly to it. I’m still learning the ropes of my badass new camera so I have goals to improve but I am REALLY happy with a great start to everything I captured over the weekend. This is the first bundle of many happy/beautiful ones to come!

And lastly as one female to another, HOT DAMN. I guess you could say she KILLed it.

She got into character a little too easily and perhaps it was because she got splashed by fireball whiskey before I spotted her–so not only wet, but sticky. That sure would have me sitting there looking ticked.
