Congratulations to Grazer 128 for winning Fat Bear Week 2024! It was a fun competition this year, with a great mix of old and new bears in the race. And of course, we must say farewell to 480 Otis, who was not spotted this year at the falls.

Remember that October 12th will be the annual fundraiser for Katmai, so tune in to explore.org for that! If you'd like to contribute to the park, the Otis Fund is a great way to do that.

Fat Bear Week is back for 2024!

Hello my fellow fat bear enthusiasts! I (@spacetypo) am back with the polls.

Every day I will post a poll of the day's matches with links to go vote on the official site, and will be updating this pinned post. Voting is open from 12:00-21:00 EST (09:00-18:00 PST).

FBW 2024 will be running from October 2nd to October 8th.
