Before you keep going with thinking about shoving any food you can find down your throat, hold on a second and read this first! Ask yourself: Do you really wanna do this? I know, loosing control is seductive and seems like the only choice you have left at that moment. I know, restricting without motivation seems senseless but just imagine everything that will be better when you’re finally thin and skinny. You don’t have to scroll through tumblr anymore to see all these beautiful, dainty and skinny girls whose fragile body is covered in a soft oversize pullover. You just have to look in the mirror in front of you. You’ll see yourself with defined collar and hip bones, a sharp jawline, a thigh gap and a flat tummy. You’ll see yourself in an oversize pullover and with messy hair but you still look amazing. You can finally be your own thinspo model and post pictures of YOURSELF on tumblr to inspire and motivate others and everyone will admire you and your body. You will be like all the models you admired once. But only if you keep going. If you keep restricting. If you keep exercising.

And now think about it again. Do you really wanna throw everything you already achieved away just for food? For taste? For one moment satisfication that turns into hours of self-loathing and cheeks drowned by tears later on? I don’t think so. So pull yourself together, get a tea, wrap yourself in a soft and comfy blanket, turn the TV on and let your hunger make you beautiful. All you have to do is wait. Nothing more and nothing less.
