Strikeon (Electric/Fighting)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Electric/Fighting-type Eeveelutions, known as Strikeon, are said to appear near stormy mountain peaks and high-energy battle zones, where they absorbs ambient electricity to fuel their strength. They are rapid, hit-and-run fighters that uses swift movement and electrified strikes, powered by intense internal bioelectricity. This gives Strikeon lightning-fast reflexes, allowing them to dodge and counter with startling precision. Wild individuals are known to challenge strong Pokémon in friendly sparring matches to hone their skills, often crackling with static when excited. Excess electricity manifests as glowing electrical bands along their legs. The brightness and activity level of these electric bands act as a visual cue for how much power they have built up, dimming when resting or conserving energy and violently sparking when their energy peaks. Just before landing a punch or kick, these bands surge, supercharging the attack with a shockwave-like jolt. Calm, focused, and fiercely driven, Strikeon thrive on challenge and only bond with Trainers who are consistent, hardworking, and strong-willed. To evolve an Eevee into this Electric/Fighting-type, one must consistently train it in Fighting-type moves during thunderstorms or while within electrified terrain.
