Suddenly Galau
Hai..
Sekali lagi terima kasih

Public Transport in Jakarta
Tumblr media
Heyy!! Welcome to Jakarta. As you know, in Jakarta you may suffer an headache caused by crazy mass traffic in this city. By a private transportation, such as cars, and motorbike it has so many of them. Some people would prefer riding a car due to tropical weather and dust in every single spot in Jakarta, to protect their freshness body to office. Some other people might think the motorbike could take them to destination way faster than any transportation, but the risk they take (and maybe the just go with it) is dealing with pollution and vehicle emissions. Not a few people who gets sweaty very much after the struggle at the road.
But maybe we could take some public transportation to avoid the madness on the road. There’s no sound of horn, no dust, no traffic jam, and of course no police (my experience for ever been ticketed LOL). The transportation that I want to talk about is KRL (Kereta Rel Listrik). It’s more like subway in US, but it’s not in the underground and it has electricity for operated (duh!)
I always using KRL to go to office. FYI I started from St. Depok to St. Sudirman to get work. I could drive a car or motorbike, but I just don’t want to get a badmood for being to long in the road (for some reasons that I explained at the start). So, I just take KRL and the ticket is cheap. Imagining I’m wasting 2litres of Pertamax for riding motorbik, and it’s equal for 20k Rupiahs. For taking KRL, it only takes 8k Rupiahs round-trips, and 6k for parking fees. And I could take a walk from Station to my office. So, I can save money for 6k Rupiahs everyday. Of course it’s not applicable when your office is too far away from the station.
So, I just want to tell some guides to you guys who might be in a first time in Jakarta. I just attached the map of KRL Jabodetabek. Let’s start for the Shopping Mall in Jakarta.
There’s a lot of Shopping Mall in Jakarta, such as Grand Indonesia, Kota Kasablanka, Central Park, Pondok Indah Mall, Mall Kelapa Gading, etc. First thing what ou have to know is where is the address for the Mall that you want to visit. I can highlight the Station for some Shopping Mall.
Grand Indonesia / Plaza Indonesia (Nearest Station: St. Sudirman).
Kota Kasablanka (Nearest Station: St. Tebet).
Mall Taman Anggrek / Central Park / Neo Soho (Nearest Station: St. Tanahabang).
Gandaria City  (Nearest Station: St. Palmerah).
Ancol Beach City  (Nearest Station: St. Kampung Bandan).
Mall Kelapa Gading  (Nearest Station: St. Klender). There’s no station near this place, but you could take another transportation like taxi online to get to this place.
Pondok Indah Mall  (Nearest Station: St. Kebayoran).
That’s it! It could be more reference for another transportation. I just give an information what I know, feel free if you want ask more. I might be not know more but let’s find out eh. We could travel for a day I don’t mind hhehehhe.
