Just stumbled on your blog...I'm still at the very beginning of three houses 😂 and allow me to say that i cant wait to finish up the game to read your series or any work for three hopes. I started the three hopes demo before three houses and really adored the beginning. I just want to say thank you for taking the time of planning your series.

It brings me great joy to hear that people are still reading my stuff after all this time. I don't have anything for three-hopes specifically...well, I have a few drafts that I never released. I might spruce them up and give the fandom some food after all this time lol. I have lots for three houses though, since I was such a simp for everyone there (minus some. Yk what I mean).

With engage being released...it is now time for the Fire Emblem fandom to rise from the depths and take over tumblr for around 1yr-1.5yrs. Until we inevitably recede until we are given content to hyperfixate on again lol.

My personal opinion is that it’s looking good. Plus, yeah toothpaste-chan looks strange, but they are, by far, not the strangest design we got and if I recall characters like Shez got slammed for being weird and uninteresting at first yet they still became… not beloved, but liked as characters even if the game itself was disliked due to being warriors style.

Plus, if the developers say ‘fuck it’ and allow you to somehow weirdly S-Rank the lords even if it shouldn’t be possible but provide enough of a good explanation Engage will sky rocket. Add the fact the story seems interesting enough from the trailer, although there are some things lacking obviously, then you got the chance for Engage to be one of the best Fire Emblem games of all time. Whether it’ll live up to the hype or not shall be answered when the game is released.

True, true. It may be best to hold any prejudice until it releases and some gameplay drops. Just look at Harvestella - that was painted to be a game changer for the farming sim community and in the end?….yeah. Looked amazing on paper but the execution was quite lacking.

My biggest gripe with Engage is the reusing of previous characters. The thing that made fire emblem three houses such a smashing hit (at least for me) is that the story was virtually set astray from the main fire-emblem timeline. I love the og games. I do, but I needed a pallet cleanser. It felt like I was Ash Ketchum finally getting to win one freaking pokemon league after getting reset to square one so many times. Fe3h had a charm that I really hadn’t seen since Awakening, and it did so without having the story tied to the traditional fire emblem set up. I did not get naga shoved down my throat and feel like I was playing a copy-paste with a bit of…questionable plot holes and romance choices….mixed in (ignoring rhea and…listen. They really should have just kept it to the students and like Shamir maybe. Flayn is literally just — for f*cks sake why yk)

Fire Emblem Engage just looks like persona but you summon past fe characters. Like persona mixed with that Tokyo mirage game…which…I have feelings about. We need another hit. Another original. Another game that takes what fe3h did poorly and crafts another original plot while correcting those mistakes. Not a rehash…I sincerely hope they have something amazing planned since we’ll be seeing many reused characters. This game might pull in new players too, so I am hoping they don’t just throw pieces of the summoned characters lore in and create a bunch of plot holes (making people confused).

I can rant about this for a really long time lol so i’ll shut up now. May Fire Emblem Engage hopefully bring happiness to our beloved shitshow fandom…maybe I’ll want to write again if I see Dimitri lmfao

Honestly I think it’s Fire Emblem Engage that kicked the Fire Emblem into being active. I mean, all FE fans can come together on this one, both the old game and new game fans, that’s pretty huge tbh

Hello Everyone :)

I stated in my rules that I do not want any controversial topics brought up on this blog. I stand by it…but it is unavoidable in my current situation. I need to say something as a citizen of my country and honestly just as a person. Someone who wants their rights and respect just as much as the next.

I haven’t mentioned it here before, but I am an American. My country like many others has been seeing it’s fair share of political and human rights battles. Battles that have been existing and fought time and time again; a vicious cycle. Very recently court ruling “roe vs. wade,” was overturned and many women do not feel safe in my country. Well, less safe than the already low security we felt.

I’m not going to list all of my country’s issues. All I want to say is that our people are scared, tired, and angry. I am all these things, and at this point I cannot tell if my tears are from uncontrollable rage or sadness. A predetermined cycle of oppression and rights violations for many groups continues to circulate here with those in power turning the wheel.

This ongoing fight has never ended. For BLM, for LGBTQ+, for Women’s Rights…for so so many groups smeared like shit underneath the heel of our government. Once again we find ourselves hoisting signs in protest, cursing out the people hiding behind security guards, and withering away because even though we are “heard,” we are not being listened to.

As a woman, a member of LGBTQ+, an ally for my friends no matter their shape/color/size etc, as a citizen of the so called “land of the free” -which is an utter rubbish saying in my opinion- I want to ask one thing: offer your support. It could be in the smallest way such as checking in on those you know who are effected. Letting them talk and just have some outlet for these overwhelming emotions.

And if you are one of those fuckers that is cheering? Happy? Who gets their sick kicks from all the hate and suffering in this world? Get the fuck off my blog. Real people don’t like you and neither would any fictional character if they existed.
