Pizza night menu idea
For this menu, I envision a variety of toppings ready to go so guests can easily customize their pizzas. Have the pizza crust ready and perhaps already sliced. Once it has finished dehydrating, you can keep it in a warm oven [turned off so it doesn’t burn] until guests are ready. 
The crust:
high protein pizza crust: this delicious pizza crust makes a fantastic base for any toppings all sorts of toppings.
fiber-rich pizza crust: if you prefer a springy crust, try this one. it has psyllium husk in it. [this is the pizza pictured above]
Pizza toppings: 
fermented cashew cheese: try mixing in sundried tomatoes or Italian seasoning
marinated mushrooms
cauliflower crumbles or really anything from this tag
Sauces:
Basil pesto
sundried tomato sauce
garlic alfredo sauce: I can’t be the only one who loves alfredo on pizza. I recommend using Italian seasoning in the sauce.
Other good toppings include:
olives
pineapple
thinly sliced spinach
veggies such as tomatoes or bell peppers. you can marinade and dehydrate them or leave them as-is.
avocado
truffle oil
Side items:
So many things go great with pizza. I’d recommend one of these:
onion rings
kale salad
Drink: 
I’d recommend something fizzy such as kombucha.
Dessert:
brownie bites

Marinara sauce
This is a good basic marinara sauce. Dress it up anyway you like. I recommend adding one or two dates and some nama shoyu. Different kinds of tomatoes can change the taste.
Ingredients
2 14.5 oz cans fire roasted diced tomatoes
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves loosely packed
2 sprigs fresh oregano stripped of leaves (use leaves only)
1 clove garlic
10 oil packed sun dried tomato halves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice about 1 small lemon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In the jar of a blender, combine all ingredients.
Puree until smooth.

How many of these have you tried?
I’ve had Buddha’s hand before. It makes great lemonade. Rambutan, kiwano, physalis, and jackfruit are all really good. I like durian too!

Collard green for the bun
See recipe for the "hot dog"
Chopped onion
Chopped jalapeno
Sliced tomato
Homemade raw Mustard
A sprinkle of celery seeds
Raw pickle spear
Mustard recipe:
1 chayote (to calm down the heat of the mustard - you could use zucchini too)
1/8 cup mustard powder
2 T apple cider vinegar
1 medjool date
1/2 t sea salt
1 t tumeric powder
Blend (add a bit of water if you need to thin it) and enjoy

3 bananas
1 lemon
2 cups nut milk of choice (we make our own peanut milk 🥜. So creamy and white 👌)
Water to desired consistency

Flaxseed pudding
ingredients
6 tbsp flaxseed
300ml water
1 ripe banana
3 dates
fruits or berries of your choice for topping
instructions
Cover 6 tbsp of flaxseed with 300ml of water and put in a fridge overnight to soak.
Next morning pour flaxseed with soaking water, banana and dates into a blender cup and blitz until smooth.
Serve with your favorite berries or fruits.

using a base of sprouts and zucchini instead of nuts we can mimic the pliability and starch of gluten without promoting bloating and inflammation. sprouted lentils add yet another layer of nutrient density
this can also be made into bagel halves by pouring the batter in circles or 1 big pizza crust
blend:
2 cups soaked or sprouted buckwheat
2 cups sprouted lentils
1 extra large peeled zucchini
.5 medium onion
1.5 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp hemp hearts
1.5 medjool dates
3 dashes salt
set the batter aside. then shred:
.5 onion
mix the onion into the batter then spread 11 5x5 inch squares on teflex sheets. generously sprinkle each “toast” with everything-bagel seasoning.
dehydrate for 15 hours at 115°F

Building a Buddha bowl
Some ideas for raw vegan Buddha bowls:
Sprouted grains such as quinoa, millet, or amaranth 
Other sprouts such as lentils or green peas
Bloomed wild rice
You could try raw sprouted beans. Just ensure you select a type that is safe to eat raw, such as garbanzo, adzuki, or mung beans. Of course, you could always cook them instead.
Be sure to drizzle a tasty dressing on your Buddha bowl too.
