I think I've reached the state where the water is gone. Now it's only 100g less per day. That disappoints me, but I'm trying to not let it pull me down. Tonight a friend is here for eating pizza and snacks and drinking. I'm a little scared.

Apple Cider Vinegar Water
I realized, that water with apple cider vinegar is super healthy and boosts your metabolism. Also its good against hunger-feelings :)
So this is how I drink it:
1,5 cups warm water
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (0)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (3)
1/2 tsp Honey (11)
Some cinnamon
Add everything together + ice cubes and you're good to go!

Daily weighing: 187.2lb / 84.1 kg.
It's impressive how much water there must have been in my body to lose more than a kilo in 2 days... But well. I'm not complaining :D
Yesterday was difficult. I was actually in my calorie limit and then I snacked because I was hungry :(
But in the end I noticed that I have entered one thing too much, so I might have come out at 0 after all :)
However, I woke up this morning without hunger. Maybe I can save a breakfast through this 😊
Coffee and lecture and scheduling. Soft morning. Love it 💜

Daily weighing: 188.1 lb / 85.5kg... Just lost 600gramms over night but sure I take it.
I have to say... I kinda missed feeling hungry 😅 and I'm doing well so far :) being able to eat fruit and veg kinda takes the pressure off.
Still planing what to eat today. Have some mashed potatoes left. Today is 300kcal, so we have to see what fits in

I'm back. For the last months I was convinced that I'm more or less recovered. But I guess as the stress at University grows, my need to keep control over my food intake also grows 😅 I feel like that is the only thing I can control at the moment, so that's what I do. I decided to go for that diet to start over:

It kinda feels like a good start 'cause you can always eat fruits and vegetables and they don't count. For me it's always the carbohydrates that make me gain, so that diet sounds like something that could suit me very well! :) also I'll only excersise when I feel like it cause I honestly hate that shit 😂
However, I made a plan and'll go grocery shopping in an hour. Somehow I'm sooo excited to be back in the game. Its good to have something to get my head into. I'm going to make some small exceptions on Mondays for the rest of the month, cause that's the day I'm always cooking with a friend. But I'll try to keep the portions small. Also I have to see how to handle Thursdays, cause that's when I'm at the office and have to eat lunch with my colleagues... But I'll figure something out.
Oh, and I already had the best breakfast 😍 100g of soy-yoghurt with 1tsp of maple sirup and 1 tsp of Caramel sirup and oooh my god you guys... This was the best thing (92 kcals).
I'll keep you updated. Oh I already ate and drank a looot, but my weight today is 189,42 lb (oh my), so without the stuff I already consumed something around 188,5 lb

74 calorie Mini Vegan Blueberry Muffins
I’ve recently gone vegan and I was really worried about baked goods. Even though I shouldn’t really be eating any baked goods I still wanted to test it out. I had some blueberries that were about to go bad today so I made the executive decision. This recipe isn’t mine I pulled it off of YouTube, but I can’t remember the name of the YouTuber so if you find them just give them credit. These aren’t really something I would call low calorie, but they’re a nice sweet treat.
¼ cup oil
1 cup soy milk
1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups blueberries
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup sugar
Combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Spray a small baking pan with cooking spray. Fill each thing. Bake at 450° for 17-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Saviour (Vegan) Hummus Wraps
Hey guys! I have never posted a recipe before, and this is hardly a recipe in the first place, but I really like this and its low cal, healthy, and filling! I’ve actually liked this as a meal since long before restricting so this is a good meal to have around friends/family.
Ingredients:
1 flour or corn tortilla (if you have a healthier option, use it) 90cals
1 medium carrot, chopped small or sliced thin with a vegetable slicer (add more/less if you want) 25cals
however much spinach/leafy greens of your choice about 7cals or more
2 tbsp hummus of your choice 70cals
(optional) hot sauce 0cals/sriracha 15cals
Total: 207cals

As I said I liked this before I restricted and it is a staple food for me! Anything with carrots, spinach, and hummus thrown together keeps me full and happy.
Of course customize it for your needs - add to it, make two, change stuff out, ect.

Vegan salad recipe (fucking amazing + filling af)
-Baby spinach as base (how much you want cause its super low cal)
-A couple of cherry tomatoes (½ cup is 25 kcal)
-Chickpeas (I used this mini packaging which was 65g and about 75 kcal)
-Smoked tofu (we have this brand in Slovakia called lunter and its 45 kcal for 40g)
It’s really good and big and filling and vegan and I loved it. Over all it’s around 150 kcal and there’s a lot of it. You can use a smaller amount of the ingredients but I had this for dinner and it was really good

low calorie vegetarian taco salad 👀
so here’s what you need:
- 0.5 a beyond burger- 100
* you have to mash it up in the pan while it’s cooking until it looks like ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco sauce original thick & smoot- 10
- 1 tbsp sour cream- 30
- 0.5 a slice happy farms (aldi’s) sharp cheddar cheese- 40
- spinach if you want to make it a salad, however much you want it’s soooo low in calories
mine came out to be just under 200 calories i believe

Low-Calorie Noodle Soup 🍜 (under 50kcal!!)
So this is a really simple and quick recipe I threw together. It literally takes minutes to prepare and feels like a proper meal for so little calories.
Ingredients:
100g (half a pack) Eat Water Slim Noodles, 9kcal
1/4cup vegetables (I like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower or carrots. Buy frozen, it’s both cheaper and quicker to cook), 13kcal
Spices/seasonings of choice (Cayenne pepper is a good option cuz it adds a lot of flavour and can help speed up metabolism)
Half a vegetable stock cube, 13kcal *
1/2tbsp soy sauce, 5kcal *
1/2tbsp tomato paste, 6kcal *
1/2tsp marmite, 5kcal *
1/2tsp miso paste, 6kcal *
(*=These are optional/suggestions to make up the broth, mix and match as you like)
Drain the noodles as said on the package. Microwave on high with the vegetables for 3mins. Put in the broth ingredients and fill the bowl with boiling water, then stir it all together. And voila!
(The Eat Water Slim Pasta varieties can be found at Holland & Barrett in the UK and I assume any health food store anywhere else. It’s pretty cheap, considering it yields 2 meals. You can also get them on Amazon.)

Super low calorie soup!
Overall this recipe comes to 85 calories and makes a big bowl. It is also super filling.
Ingredients:
1 carrot (25 cals)
110 grams of broccoli (37 cals)
3 stalks of celery (18 cals)
1 broth cube (5 cals)
1 cup of boiling water
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Cut up all of the vegetables
Boil the vegetables until the carrot is fork tender
While the vegetables are boiling, get a stock cube and 1 cup of boiling water and dissolve it in the water
When the vegetables are boiled, put them in a food processor or blender (food processor is easier) and add the broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Blend it until smooth

Okay, I have 24 days until University starts over. I have 24 for days to get my shit together and to lose the weight I've gained in the last weeks (boyfriend broke up, etc.). I want to lose at least 8kg/17,6lbs. Should be no problem though 😏
