I was checking Top 100 songs in Finland yesterday (Spotify and Apple Music), and Israel was not there, unlike many other Eurovision songs (even Switzerland!).

It’s safe to say Finnish public is not liking Israel’s song that much. Yet, apparently, we gave it 10 points.

No but OK I just have a lot of thoughts about how Tommy Cash's declaration "Coffee for everybody!" is actually deeply meaningful

because it connects to Andy Warhol making art out of Campbell's soup because it was something he had every day, and how Tommy talking about how coffee unites us is similar to Andy Warhol's quote "You can know that the President drinks Coke, Liz Taylor drinks Coke, and just think, you can drink Coke, too" and that the Andy Warhol comparisons are 100% intentional because he modeled the original 'Espresso Macchiato' video on the video of Andy Warhol eating a burger in Jorgen Leth's "66 Scenes from America" in 1982

what I'm saying is that 'Espresso Macchiato' is actually deeply intentional performance art and I love my dirtbag son Tommy Cash

Austria wins the Eurovision Song Contest 2025

The Austrian entry, represented by JJ with "Wated Love," won the 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with a total of 436 points.

The jury's clear favorite has earned enough of an advantage to finish ahead of rivals Estonia, Sweden, and the surprise vote, Italy, in the televote.

So, we'll see you next year in Austria with many questions to answer.

Will Vienna host the 2026 contest? Or maybe Salzburg?

Will Israel participate next year?

Will Moroccanoil remain the main sponsor of Eurovision?

Will the easily corrupted televoting system be reviewed?
