Self Care {Tips}:
Eat {even if it’s small like crackers, a muffin, etc.}
Shower
Moisturize your skin, face, hands, etc.
Stay hydrated
Take your meds {if you use them}
Find ways to relax {meditate, yoga, exercise, listen to music}
Don’t overwork yourself
Take care of yourself physically and mentally {if you know you have some kind of medical issue, please see someone for it [whether a doctor or a therapist] even if you think it’s minor/nothing to worry about}
Have an emotional outlet/support network {when life gets hard, it’s always easier when you have a friend, family member, etc. to lean on}
Light some candles
Take a bubble bath or warm bath with some bath salts
Clean your living space/keep it clean {can play a big impact on how you feel}
Stay organized {this is a biggie for anxiety/OCD sufferers}
Pace yourself and set realistic goals {you may have one overall goal, but breaking it down into smaller pieces helps}
Pet your fur babies {or someone else’s}
Don’t stay glued to social media 
Reach out to your friends 
Stay well rested, and if that’s hard to do, nap when you can
Make a {gratitude} journal 
Dance, sing
Spend some time outside
Pick up a new hobby {or start investing more time in something you already like doing}

Respect your own body’s specific needs

Good Old Days
Five years ago I always carry these words with me: Dreamer, Dancer, and Live, Love & Laugh. I was called “ the tumblr girl” back in my HS days.It’s  not because I use tumblr all the time or what I look like but how I act on life. I was so care free. All i think about  is what will be my IG theme,my next IG worthy post, have good grades so that my parents won’t stop me from my #1 passion which is dancing and I was like “I can do it all(in my head only eheh)” just name it ballet,contemp, jazz etc. Felt like I’m unbreakable / soaring eagle every time I’m on stage. Since I was a devoted dancer I was really body conscious.Never heard of Keto Diet back then but who knew I was a fan! Doing 100 crunches/situps before bedtime and even wearing a damn binder while sleeping. Hoola-hoops for 30mins was the best! lmao I don’t wanna brag or something but I’m proud and I’m willing to do anything just to get my body back or my discipline.  Mehn I’M 20 and this body has been through lot’s of mental/physical changes and is currently suffering from sugar addiction and can’t live without carbs. Weekend road trips with my  friends are always obligatory.When I say  friends, they are those real ones who are willing to wait tho hungry until i have the “perfect” picture. Ootds that are worn only twice the least.Fan-girling /stalking our idols at school.Practicing yells and cheers with my batch mates ‘til we lose our voices and drain our bodies(we perform stunts tho we’re all girls!cool right?!).Bunch of dance and chorale competitions. Cinemas + Taters/zagu/potato corner (jumbo w/ a mountain of powder) + friends/fam  =heaven. and end it at World of Fun/Quantum and bump-cars! Listening and sharing music through Bluetooth or have it copied on your memory card and spending  lots of time making a perfect playlist.And Oh those group messages! those embarrassing  gm’s I wished I haven’t.Unfinished famous books cause this gurl got no time which I regretted.Breakfasts before school and wholesome family dinner which we don’t practice anymore because of our fucked up schedules. AND A LOT MORE!
I’m turning 21 and still figuring out the great “WHAT’S NEXT?” in life.

I would hardly call myself an artist in that sense; I doodle, I draw, I’m not a trained artist, I couldn’t sit down and do an accurate portrait of anyone.Yay! It’s finally done but made a lot of mistakes tho.Not bad for a beginner I guess. 👍
