How do you manage to keep the motivation to gain? I myself really struggle with the motivation and confidence I'm myself to keep it up.
I'm not in a constant state of gaining, im not actively trying most of the time and if I am its in short spurts, generally no longer than a couple weeks
My motivation for gaining, and the reason I do it, is to get the body im happy and confident in. Find your own reason and desire and go down that path
