He blinked and stared at the lock as it was fiddled with. "Wh-What?... You're freeing me?" He was almost scared of the word now, lie upon lie had told him he would be free after this... after that... after this show....

Terry's face quickly turned from amusement behind his hand to seriousness as he cleared his throat and hopped forward. "AHEM! YES!-RIGHT!"

He stomped on the toothy thing first, but with no reaction, he huffed and attempted to rip the maw open with bare hands, growing and tugging with small more more defined muscles.

The Chaos Wastes were dangerous, certaintly no place for a creature like Terrence, even with his recent forrays into bloodshed. Here, he was still very much a rabbit, a squirrel, a thing that other, fiercer creatures preyed upon. And despite how adamant Skarbrand was about this fact, and how keen he was to tell Terry, it was the Reaper who ended up stuck fast.

It was a trap, albeit not one set by a man. Rather, a maw jutting from the earth itself had fasted to Skarbrand's leg, suctioning him in and clinging to him with fine, serrated teeth. It was an obscene, drooling thing that was too sharp and too soft-- a Slaaneshi abomination, birthed from rampant chaos corruption.

Stepping in it had damaged it mightly, but that only made it more keen to keep the Reaper. Angered, the Bloodthirster looked at Terrence.

" Don't just stand there being useless. Do something."
