There's a soft intake of breath as she jabs him. He had a higher pain tolerance than most, but getting jab in an already raw wound wasn't exactly pleasant.

"And why not? I'm simply stating the facts. I would return to you in a tenday at most, memory fully intact." He may look different, but he didn't feel that was a large enough factor to be upset over. Though, maybe that was simply the... trauma talking. He barely felt his body was him half of the time.

"FACINATIN'," she said curtly with a sharp smile, stabbing him once more with a needle - this time harder than absolutely necessary as she finished stitching up his side.

"Just 'cause your gonna come back from the dead - doesn't mean you should be so blasé about dying you little fucker," she grunted, still smiling sweetly as a threat as she cut the thread with her teeth - clearly she was pissed off at his answer.

Yeah, sure, he would come back, with a different face and a different body - and who knows how his personality might change? Or if she'd even like his new look. Not to mention how long they'd have to be apart. No, she was not pleased.

Well, it seemed that Sirius had decided to let them go then. Not that he'd cared much either way. If it had been the Shadowfell, he might have attacked them simply to get his own heart racing, and little else. Any spark of adrenaline could be a lifeline in that desolate place.

'Under control' for him only meant that he'd been confident he could have still killed his opponent before he went down. Whatever happened after that was irrelevant. He would come back, after all, he always did. He's sure Katya could survive a week or two without him.

"I still had a few minutes to cut him down before my legs gave out. It wouldn't have been the first time i'd experienced that type of poison." Honestly, he's fairly certain he's experienced most types of poison there is. Died to some of them as well, but it meant he had a far better idea than most about how long it would take to render him useless or dead.

Lithos looks to Sirius, cocking an eyebrow at the tiefling. Why ask him? It wasn't as though he needed his permission to do as he pleased. Unless he was trying to gauge whether killing them counted as the 'evil' thing to do or not. Which frankly he felt was... highly relative.

"You could make an argument either way. Personally I feel this decision is more in your hands than mine, given they were insulting tieflings. Do you think they should be able to walk away?" The Shadar-Kai were... not strong decision makers, frankly it wasn't in their nature. They lived to take orders, they lived to serve and they lived to be weapons. Anything outside of that was met with indifference, and frankly it wasn't like he hadn't done worse than kill a few racists in his life. Not to mention he very much didn't subscribe to the 'you're only proving them right' kind of mentality.
