Little #feminest tip on goal setting. Understand your personality and what works for you. Are you the type of person that reaches really high and gets half way there BUT you know that visioning is really important for you and that the reach is what makes you get half way in the first place? Or are you the type of person that isn't really even setting goals at all because you find the whole process crippling? You can research and hear from other people on what the best thing to do is as far as setting goals but at the end of the day you need to figure out what is the best for you and that's by looking at your patterns. This is from Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln's master bedroom that we toured a couple of months ago. Apparently, this french wallpaper is a replica of what they had when they lived there. And every time I hear wallpaper I think of @relativitytextiles and her amazing stuff. And every time I hear @relativitytextiles I think about her amazing story of coming into wallpaper design which you should should become her friend and learn about, or at least go follow her.

A lil #feminesttip on patience. So, there’s something to be said for goal setting and reaching high. And as we come to the end of the year and you may have blown away some of your goals and others not so much. I want you to think about where @amyschumer was in 2005 the next time you think you should be further along in your path. And what may have seemed like an over night success in 2013 was really years and years and years, of making fun of her arms, in the making. So 10 years is the new 1 year to see if your business has been successful ok? 😘
