I'm aware this is petty and very unkarmic of me or whatever, but the amount of joy I just experienced logging in to Facebook to discover that a former boss, who bullied me relentlessly and made my mental health significantly worse, fell down a manhole loony toons style, is off the charts.
They're fine. Or they will be. Couple of bruises and a twisted ankle, according to the post I just read. But man, if the photos my other former colleague posted aren't going to keep me entertained for a while.

Hi, Pangolin here
Very lovely indeed, a side effects it's that it bounces if you push the head down. I did it with a thicker paper so it has a little bulk up in the eyes, but nothing that bad. The tail was very much at heart's desire, it's a fold with no reference point, i did it bigger than it should have been the first time, but I managed to fix it in time.

Hi, Pangolin here
I really like this fold, I am very impressed with how well the paper distribution can be, the head is very big and very cute
The body being a 3D box helps a lot to make this pattern fell more complex than it is. There is a lot of shaping opportunities, the tail can be made thinner if you want more detail and the trunk could be folded at any position you like, I've seen models with the corners of the ears folded but I think there is a charm to them being square-like
Difficulty: Easy
Paper recommendation: Any

Hi, Pangolin here
I've learnt this origami from another person and now I only remember how to make it. Sorry, but I can't say who is the designer or how to find them
But I can say it a good fold, and it makes for a good present, especially if it has real candy inside (I asked my friend to hold from both sides and pop it, she thought it was a fun gift)
As usual for those origamis made with pre-folds them collapse, it can be a little tricky, but the clips to make sure the tube don't get undone solve the trick
Difficulty: Easy
Recommended Paper: Any
P.S.: a Candy made from a 20cm square can fit a truffle inside

Hi, Ferret again! I needed somewhere to put my earrings, so I made these models. They're all by the legendary modular origami designer Tomoko Fuse and are in her book "Origami Gift Boxes". The lid takes four pieces and is a combination of the two variations of the Rose Square Box Lid. The base also takes four pieces, and each partition one piece. Interestingly, she gives tips to reference the size of the base and the partitions by the size of the lid, so the diagrams can be generalized to any size of paper you want. Really simple but really good, the whole book is great!

Hi, Ferret here! This model is so cute!! I did this as a test fold using a 15cmx15cm sheet of kraft paper. Not the ideal size, but the thickness worked out pretty well. Would've rated this as easy if it weren't for those creases on the belly, they're a bit tricky. Really fun to fold though ^^
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended paper: 25cmx25cm kraft
