Not pointing any fingers, not naming any names, but a couple of you should sit down and give this video a real good watch.
I don't want to make anyone feel bad for not knowing what bones are, but not all of you know what bones are.

Inspired by @draconym and their desk terrarium (and the helpful folks on r/isopod), Rat got himself a starter pillbug kit at the pet store today.
He said there were usually some really cool yellow ones under the bean tree, and him and Rabbit wasted no time snagging three to live in our new Pill Bug Park. (Vintage Pyrex thrift find was a helpful temporary home).

Daily check in 08/25/2025 So things got a little crazy today. MasterCard refused to create a new complaint for me since my phone number already has 10 on them. Visa went back to its old script both times I called. PayPal however, lost its mind. The first call I made I got a very polite rep who sincerely tried looking into the situation, and told me this was all due to one of PayPal’s connected bank. When I asked which bank, it was most likely Synchrony Bank. So I called Synchrony to ask them what was going on, (though I didn’t expect anything to actually come of it,) and they said this was a PayPal thing and gave me a new number for the customer service and forwarded me on to them. It seemed to go to the same place, but the second PayPal rep I got was insane.
He had no idea what was going on when first called, and then did a google search about the situation, misunderstood the article he read, and kept insisting that it was STEAM that had taken issue of PayPal and gotten rid of them as a payment option. For the Record, PayPal has removed most currencies from being used on Steam due to their unspecified affiliate banks.
However this rep refused to budge on his interpretation, and punished me by putting me on hold for upwards of ten minutes at a time when I asked to speak to a manager, and then picking up again to see I had changed my mind. This went on for about an hour, until he finally relented and put me through to a manger. The manager then told me that I’d have to speak to Steam about what PayPal allowed. I don’t know if this was a language issue, or he was just really tired, but when I asked information about what what PayPal allowed or didn’t allow, instead of directing me to PayPal’s Acceptable Use Policy, he said that he wasn’t allowed to tell me. This was the craziest call with PayPal I’ve had yet. “What are the rules about what PayPal allows to be bought?” “You have to ask Steam.” “Can’t you tell me? You're PayPal.” “I’m not allowed to tell you.” “Why not?” “I’m NOT allowed to tell you.”
I genuinely had no idea how to respond after that, so I let him ask if there was anything else he could help me with, thanked him for his time, and let him wait in silence until he hung up. Absolutely crazy.
Remember, be polite, be informed, and be persistent. No matter how crazy it gets.
