cymbalta, epilim, anti-biotic, tremadoll
mix these together simultaneously and you feel like you're on meth.
I haven't slept at all, my eyes arent even heavy and they're dilated.
tomorrow is going to be a bitch.

NEW MEDS
so, i'm on a few different pills now.
I've been so reluctant to take anti-depressants, but I had no choice. Epilim just isn't working.
I'm so scared and sad that nothing will ever work just to relieve this feeling.
These pills won't work for another month or so. I'm using them in conjunction with my epilim.
i hope they don't fuck with my mood to bad

WORDS
one of those days where every time i tried to talk it came out wrong or sounding somewhat autistic. Such brain fog today. It's easy right? someone speaks to you, you reply back with words that make sense?
nup,not me, not today.
A girl said bye to me in the shops today and i replied with "blurgh" LITERALLY I wonder if she noticed my subtle retardation.
concentration span today = 0
I ate oats, a rare steak and toast yesterday and did yoga and a bit of extensive exercise, so i don't know if that contributed to my nearly autistic brain fog today
all i know is, exercise hurts life.

Working out with fibro
Every physio has told me that working out would be the "best" thing for my fibro.
It has always sounded so intimidating, but I've started working on strengthening my muscles as well as yoga every day.
Or at least try everyday :D
I hope it goes well.. and hopefully I get a nice ass out of this!
the theory is that if i strengthen my muscles, doing normal activities won't be so strenuous and painfull
