17 – What is your favourite CG?

This is a SUPER close call for me between three Asra CGs, haha. Ultimately, I think my absolute favourite is the one I have as my profile pic:

But it is SO CLOSELY tied with the two CGs below! And I also really like the CG from the end of PSL, but I’m not sure if that counts haha.

23 – What is your favourite ship?

My favourite MC ship is obviously Asra/MC, but I think my favourite minor ship is Nadia/Julian. To me, it has just enough textual support to feel realistic while also not being too obvious, and I also really like the growth it represents for both of their characters – I feel like it symbolises the two of them moving past the trauma of Lucio, which initially separated them into prosecutor & prosecuted. On a different note, I also really like the idea of Nadia/Muriel, because I can visualise Nadia going to Muriel’s cottage to escape palace life for a while and Muriel really appreciating her quiet company. But that’s a ship that I don’t think I’ve ever seen fan content for, and it definitely has less textual support too haha.

25 – On your first playthrough, what direction was your ending for the LIs?

It was the upright ending… full disclosure, I used a wiki to make sure that I would get the upright endings, and I still haven’t played any reversed endings. I’m not sure I ever will. I’m one of those people who gets very invested in characters and just wants everything to work out perfectly for them, and from what I’ve seen of the reversed endings, they’re mostly too dark for me to enjoy & would just taint the upright ending for me? Especially Asra’s and Julian’s reversed endings – those seem like psychological horror stories haha 😳

Aww, thank you so much for the ask, it really made me smile to get a question! Here are my responses ☺️

4 – Who is your favourite route?

Asra, probably to no one’s surprise haha. His was the first route I ever played because I’m a sucker for LIs who a) have a past connection to MC and b) seem very suave but are always one teasing comment away from a blush, and even in the prologue Asra ticks both those boxes. Once I’d finished playing his route, and I’d realised just how deeply he ticks both those boxes, I actually couldn’t play any other routes for a good month or so because it felt too much like betraying him. I’ve now romanced all of the LIs a little and they’re all great in their own way – Portia is probably my second favourite, and I also really like Julian. But Asra will always hold a special place in my heart 🥰

So in the short time I’ve been in this fandom, I’ve really enjoyed learning about everyone’s apprentices, and – I wanted to put my apprentice out there too, for the record if nothing else? I’m not by any stretch of the imagination an artist, so I’ve relied on Picrews to create a couple of different impressions of him, haha. And for comparison, I also made his LI, Asra, in each one!
