He chuckled at the little nudge “I find it fun, I surprise almost everyone I can.”

He began to walk over to one of the chairs as he said “We’re actually on a nice little place called South Island, more specifically an area on it called Green Hill Zone.”

He sat down on the chair, with one not far from its side so Blaze could sit next to him if she wanted as he said “I like to think of this place as my home away from home. Wasn’t born on South Island though, Green Hill just feels more like home to me.”

Blaze took a seat beside the hedgehog, listening to him intently. “Green Hill, hm? I’ve never even heard of this place before, but from what I’ve seen already... it’s quite beautiful.” 

She felt... flattered that he brought her here, of all places. A place that meant so much to him, that he wanted to show her too. “Thank you for bringing me here. This was a wonderful surprise, Sonic.”

Sonic threw his hands behind his head as he said “Yup, it’s a cave alright.. But this one’s special.”

He suddenly zipped forwards and over to a stalagmite and crouched down next to it. He then grabbed onto something, yanked it, and suddenly the sound of a generator starting up rang through the cave. Not long after that a few lights turned on in the cave revealing it to be a sort of hangout looking place. With chairs, tables, various things to entertain yourself with.

He then stood up and looked over to Blaze “I used to come around here a lot when I was younger.. Oh hey, have I told you where we are yet?”

Blaze studied the hedgehog closely, watching as he darted to a stalagmite. Her eyes sparkled and she looked around while the cave lit up. She made her way over to Sonic and peered back up ahead. 

“No, I don’t think you have. You really love surprising me, don’t you?” She rolled her eyes, lightly nudging Sonic’s shoulder. 

"So Romeo, where are you taking me?" (For Sonic!!!)

Blaze's grip on the hedgehog tightened up and she stiffened, his speed shouldn't surprise her but he'd never gone this quick with her in his arms before. Once she was put down, she blinked twice and glanced around the cave curiously.

Caves were interesting, the feline hadn't explored many. She broke out into a wide smile and stepped further inside. "A cave, hmm? I'm surprised."
