Because it is the standard to be professional accountant and it is a legal protection against action that exploit gray areas or other ill-defined practices. Common ground to interact with customer, supplier, partner and other stakeholders.

Codes of ethics are generally applied in the bussiness and professional context to assure the public that corporation and members of regulated profession are acting in a socially abd professionally acceptable manners.

Accountant should follow the standard of professional like competence and caution, confidentiality, loyality, objectivity, integrity, have a responsibility profession, public oriented, accuracy of action, and technical standard.

Accountant public is a job service on create, review and audit operations and financial statement client especially for financial statement audit (checking, monitoring, identifying, giving a recommendation).

There are 4 types of accountant: - Public accountant - Internal auditor - Government accountant - Education accountant

After graduated from college and get bachelor degree in accounting of finance, take a CPA test and get a CPA certificate.

Accountant will be a junior accountant for (0-2 years), senior accountant (2-5 years), supervisor (2-5 years), manager (5-10 years), partner (10 years).

CFP (certified financial planner), because if we have this profession, we can manage a financial of people and increase the knowledge of participant in the field of personal financial planning.

There are 2 types of audit services: >> Attestation:      - Financial report audit      - Financial report review      - Other services: Assurance financial statement (Guarantee financial        statement) >> Non attestation:      - Reporting financial statement      - Creating financial / accounting information system      - Creating client taxation report NB: Attestation can give an opinion, non attestation can give a review or recommendation

Statement audit is a disclosures or opinion by an independent auditor to a company consideration.
