Waking up from a dream you were really engrossed in like "fuuuck I forgot to return my polearms to the priory"

So far, at Geddon (about 7:10pm local time, Fri June 14)

Arrived ~3pm. Unpacked. Realized I had a tent but not tent poles so essentially a very fancy tarp. Shit.

Gave up and eventually decided to do something else, went to trade at the barter area, got some nice shiny stuff (pictures below). Lowkey stressed about tent the whole time.

^my fav thing I got :) also earrings, a ring, and some cool rocks

Knight from my realm had an extra tent I am using, saved my ass. Must buy him coffee or something.

It's so fucking hot here, literally did no fighting and still soaked in sweat. It's better now since the sun is setting but in the afternoon? I dunno how people could even stand in the sun, let alone fight.

Watched the tail end of the "pocket tourney" aka people fighting over a belt flag with a pocket in it.

There's a group of people going around speaking Japanese (couldn't hear very well, could be Korean perhaps) and filming a video or something. If I see em later, will ask later for the channel or whatever because I want to see the video after it's done.

Heat is so much bearable after I showered. I need to go eat something (skipped lunch bc driving here).

There is a new frog initiation ceremony just out of the pavilion, the new initiates muat crack open a watermelon and eat it all barehanded.

Opening:

Dropping on grass: Unsuccessful

Hitting with fist: unsuccessful

Thigh squeeze: Unfortunetely not

Throwing on grass, hard: Watermelon explosion, devouring results quickly, everyone returns to the pavilion to get dotted as new frogs
